I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridal party and was able to have the rehearsal dinner there with everyone as well! It was so open and cozy. We had a blast in the hot tub and just relaxing on the porches and bedrooms. Would love to come back and spend more time there!

Exposed Wiring on Property/Dental floss on Grounds
We arrived in the evening. Although we had immediate concern with the neighborhood, we wanted to give it a try. We slept in the house one night after meeting our cordial host however in the morning we were surprised to see all the exposed wiring on the grounds of the property and as a result had concerns about safety. In addition, my husband found a dental floss outside on the grounds near the outdoor shower. The cushions on the grounds of the property are also moldy and stained. The host understood we were not happy and he and I were respectful to each other. I offered to explain the issues to him after we settled up on everything but thus far it has been his choice not to correspond further. I mean no disrespect to the owner and I truly think he does not realize that the condition and cleanliness of the grounds is unsafe. I think he could clean this up and people would enjoy staying here. The cushions for the futon inside the tiny house were very comfortable.

We are a bit indifferent about this property. To start, we knew this place was small, which was fine, however, the bed is a loft style bed which is about 6ft in the air and once you get up there you only have about maybe 2ft or less of room from the bed to the ceiling. This would be perfect for kids or some 20-year old's, but if you are older like us even mid 30's it was really hard to climb up there, move around and get comfy. The only way we were able to use the space is move the mattress from up top to underneath placing it on the pull-out bed.
Secondly, pictures of the back yard are a lot nicer than what we showed up too. Weeds growing everywhere with overgrown bushes you have to walk through.
Those two things are not that big of an issue as this last one. We thought we were going to be able to have this back yard to ourselves throughout our stay, however, one night we came back, and another family was unloading their car walking into the back yard. Not really knowing what was going on, they said that they rented the RV trailer that was in the same back yard as us. The lack of knowing this really made us feel at unease knowing that we had to shower outside and had share a space that we thought we had to ourselves. On top of that, this other family of 3 adults had a newborn. If we had known this, we would have picked a different place to stay because we came of vacation to be alone.
Overall, it was OK, but needs to have better communication about what you are getting.

Read and re-read. I have a mixed review.
I arrived at night and the neighborhood was questionable. There were people standing on the corner at the curb store. When I pulled up to the home, I was instructed to park on the road. There were several people hanging around in the road by vehicles, which was uncomfortable. When I entered the property it was nice. (Cameras were placed all around) We entered the tiny home...and it's just that...TINY. it was nice but tiny. The only shower is outside. While it is nice, it is open on top, not totally enclosed. When you enter and exit the shower (right outside the front door) the neighbors window is glaring right at you.
There were stains all over the futon/couch bed. I slept on the floor one night and I literally had room to wrap in a blanket and lay down. I am 5'2" and not a large person. I had no room to stretch my body out. The first night there was a person walking in the yard. I was startled until I realized the camper on the property is a vrbo rental as well. The second night I arrived to music blaring in the yard and three different strange men sprawled out all over. Again. I was very uneasy, not realizing I was going to be sharing a community yard with other people. I was with my teenage and adult children and it just wasn't cool. I also realized that the code to get into the property was the same code to get into our tiny home. The back gate had a huge opening as well.
Unless you are ok vacationing in intimate spaces with strangers, beware that you may have various people staying in close quarters with you.
It was a nice property, I must have misunderstood the listing. I do think it needs to be clear that you will not have a quiet stay alone. I also suggest the futon mattress be replaced or cleaned of the stains.
We enjoyed our stay - the location was close to the beach and shopping. A great Cycling location. The Property Manager was great! Thanks for a great holiday!!

Great tiny place to stay. Quite and relaxing.
Minor issues, the fence you walk into is metal, so you have to be quite when going to the car late night. The outdoor shower is private and relaxing.
This trip was planned as an anniversary trip for my wife and I. I heard about VRBO from my sister, who booked a trip and loved it, so we decided to give it a try. Best decision ever!!! We found this adorable little converted trailer. After looking a little further, we found a tiny house, on the same property!!! We have future plans on living tiny, after our kids are grown, so this was perfect!! We made our reservation, and waited.... When our trip finally came, and we arrived, it looked like a normal, cute house...... But, the backyard...... Was so perfect! Adorable and well put together. The tiny house was exactly as pictured and described, and it was perfect! The bed was comfortable, but if you're tall like me(5'10"), the loft will be tight. However, this was not a deal breaker, as we knew the dimensions of the space when we reserved it. The pool isn't huge, but is clean and perfect for hanging out on a hot day. The owner was out scrubbing the pool one of the days we were there and it looked nice when he was done! The neighborhood isn't fancy, but its exactly what I expected for the area. Cute, quaint, older houses. The neighborhood was quiet the entire time we were there, and it was spring break week. Well located to get to just about everything. The owner was very pleasant and hospitible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, and we will be back to the area and will definitely be back to this property!
