Aloha! Welcome to our beautiful, fully renovated vacation condo.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BARBEQUES HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM EKAHI AND THEY ARE ILLEGAL ON ALL CONDOMINIUM BALCONIES AND LANAIS. WE WILL BE CHANGING OUR LANAI PHOTOS IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Ekahi is ideally located in beautiful Wailea, with some of Maui’s best beaches, situated between affordable shopping and dining in Kihei, and world-class shopping, dining, beaches, and golf in Wailea.

WE HAVE RECENTLY COMPLETED A FULL REMODEL INCLUDING A NEW CALIFORNIA KING-SIZE BED, A NEW SOFA BED, AND A NEW 42' LCD FLAT SCREEN TV! THERE ALSO IS A 26' TV IN THE BEDROOM.

ABOUT OUR UNIT:

Our condominium (37-B) has an ocean view and overlooks the garden and the West Maui Mountains.

The renovation includes new fixtures and lighting, glass block showers with all new tile, Granite counters in the bathrooms and kitchen, and upgraded furnishings throughout. Although the unit has air conditioning, trade winds gently cool the condo to keep you comfortable. The condo is spacious and airy with new travertine floors inside and on the Lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped. A great King Size bed with all new linens installed every year. A new (2019) washer/dryer is included in the unit. The very generous parking lot is unassigned and within 20' of the front door just behind the privacy wall and garden. Since our recent remodel, we have added a queen-size sofa bed. Our unit is now suitable for a maximum of four adults or two adults and two children.

Use your Wi-Fi device. The High-Speed internet connection, WIFI, and cable modem are prepaid by the owner, no additional charge! Just log in daily.

You may enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai or in the dining area overlooking Northwest Maui and Maalea Bay next to the new picture window that was installed in the Fall of 2008. This unit is centrally located just a short walk to the world-renowned beaches of South Maui featured in all the top travel guides. The main pool has a pavilion with direct access to one of the best swimming beaches in the world, Keawakapu Beach.

Golfers: Wailea awaits you! Only minutes away, the world-famous Wailea Blue, Gold, and Emerald courses.

Tennis Players: The world-renowned Wailea Tennis Club is just minutes away

ABOUT WAILEA EKAHI:

This upscale property is located in beautiful, sunny South Maui, just south of Kihei. This development sits directly on Keawakapu Beach across the bay from the island of Kahoolawe and the famous snorkeling destination of Molokini. The complex is set on 20 acres of lush tropical gardens three small intimate swimming pools and one large pool at the beach. Wake up to the sound of Hawaiian birds and enjoy the tropical landscape. This property is ideal for couples who want to enjoy privacy and all the activities that Maui has to offer.

Ekahi is located at the gateway to the entire Wailea/Makena area of Maui. The main heated pool area was recently renovated with new stone decking. The pavilion at the main pool has for your use, a kitchen with two full-size ranges, two refrigerators and an icemaker, two microwave ovens, and a charcoal BBQ. Lounge chairs are furnished around the pools and security is on duty every night.

Wailea is the most popular upscale stretch of beach on Maui, with the Fairmont, Four Seasons, and the Grand Wailea Resorts all staking claims at the best luxury resort hotels on the island.

We really enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach and pool were convenient. The rooms were spacious. The towels and bedding were new. Over all it was a nice get away. It was just what we needed.

Family Vacation

My family of 4 (my husband and me, daughter 8 y/o and baby 7 mo) stayed 8 nights here. We were here with other family members that stayed in other units at this complex. The property is absolutely stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed the main pool, pavilion and access to beach. The walk to the shops at wailea is so lovely and we would do the quick drive down to Kihea. We initially had some trouble accessing the unit as the key code initially provided was incorrect. However the host returned our call within 15 minutes and provided an updated key code. Other instructions provided by unit owner were outdated as well (ie internet). TV in main bedroom did not work. Unit is alongside busy street. Very noisy and not peaceful to sit outside. Overall, lovely complex but I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

Our Home Away From Home

This is our 8th time of staying in this wonderful condo, and we will be back! We love that there are two bathrooms so that each of us has a warm shower as soon as we come back from the beach or hiking. We love the kitchen so that we can make our own breakfasts, and some of our dinners too. We love the relaxed, inviting atmosphere of the condo, which adds to a perfect Maui vacation. The condo is bright, clean, and comfortable. Bob and Ann, the owners, are friendly and easy to communicate with. There is nowhere else on Maui we would stay!

Very Nice Condo, but . . .

Everything was as advertised My only complaint is that I wish the bathrooms were a bit more senior friendly. The shower floors were slick, and a couple of grab bars would have really helped.

Our Home Away From Home

We love this property and we keep coming back year after year. We enjoy sitting out on the porch and having breakfast. We love the beach and walk down every day. When we come back sandy, it is great having two bathrooms, so we can both shower right away. Everything is clean and easy to use. The bed is so comfortable and we love to relax and rest. The kitchen has what we need. The living area is open and joyful. For all these reasons, it is "our home away from home." We will be back again next year.

Great location!!

We stayed for a week and loved the location and the price was better than every other place I looked at. The owner communicated with us right away and gave us a lot of information & his cell number, which we didn’t need to bother him for anything. He also gave really good recommendations on where to eat. We loved the Paia Fish market and lava Java for coffee, which are maybe a 10m drive in a cute walkable town. The property is spacious, clean, and has a great location. The bed is comfortable. We used the boogie boards in the nearby swimmable beach, which ended up a favorite beach of ours. We didn’t notice the lanai’s noise at night while sleeping, but we always bring a noise machine to every hotel/VRBO, so there’s that. I didn’t notice it with the sound machine off during the day either. We also didn’t spend much time eating on the lanai so we didn’t notice the noise. There are a bunch of plants between it and the road. The room is not as far from the beach as we thought it’d be. We enjoyed the walk after 10hrs in planes. Right out on the lawn are grills and you can bring stuff to the pool as they have tables and a view of the ocean. A boardwalk along the coast is nearby and you can walk there. It’s fun to walk with lots of picturesque beaches, restaurants, and stops for drinks along the way while watching sunset. The end of the road is a bar at the last hotel called Nicks. It’s pricey but the food is delicious. Along the way the views are phenomenal. We really enjoyed our time here! We will definitely stay again! Mahalo!

We had an incredible time celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and this space was perfect for our trip. Perfect Wailea vacation home

Great stay at such a wonderful resort at Ekahi. Spacious one bedroom unit with pullout bed that worked well for our family of 4. Nice outdoor patio chairs and table, easy 5 minute stroll down the greenbelt hill to the pool and beach. Owner very responsive to any needs.

Bob’s Great Maui Condo

Excellent condo as advertised. If you’re looking for something that doesn’t echo car noise this will not be for you. But with short walking distance to the beach and centrally located to world class facilities, the car noise is not an issue. Just cause I’m getting old, hope the front door on my next visit will have a keypad entry instead of battling with keys. But book it folks and enjoy.

We are natives of Southern California where we spent a lot of time at the beach as we love the ocean. We have traveled to many places around the world but we have always returned to Hawaii. We know that Wailea in southern Maui has the very best beaches for swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. The scenery is 'Eye Candy' wherever you look. We have been returning to Hawaii for many years, as it is the very best place to spend a vacation.

Why they chose this property

We bought our Hawaii home at Ekahi quite simply because, after traveling to Hawaii for many years, we found Wailea, and Ekahi in particular, is the best property and the best location in the islands.

What makes this property unique

Our condominium is in an area that receives an average of about seven inches of rain per year. One of the very best swimming beaches is 10 feet past the property's main pool gate. Maui's best restaurants and shopping are just minutes from Ekahi. The airport, department store, hardware, discount stores are a just a fifteen minute drive away. Lahaina, which is very popular with tourists, is thirty minutes away. Wailea is near the end of the road at the southern part of the island, therefore traffic is never a problem.
