Imagine waking up to stunning views of the sunrise and sunset from the 6th floor at the Sapphire! Relax and take in the sea breeze on our spacious balcony, with almost 1,800 square feet of living space – there's plenty of room for everyone to relax.

Our amenities include a 100 yard sparkling pool and a world-class spa. Plus, take advantage of our private boardwalk for direct access to the beach! We also have a theatre and game room for the perfect family night in.

For a unique and engaging experience, check out SPI Water Park next door, take a walk along the beach, or lounge in one of the many cabanas! South Padre Island is lined with restaurants, cafés, local shops, and beachside restaurants/bars. Enjoy a variety of activities offered by the city, such as wind surfing, fishing, dinner cruises and much more!

We pride ourselves on providing a 5 star vacation to make your stay here as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

SPI offers a variety of transportation options available, from free metro transportation to Uber/Taxis.

Condo Rules:
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors
-No pets allowed
-NO candles allowed in condo

Information to note prior to your trip:
Housekeeping will leave a roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish/hand soap, and trash bags. We also have coffee, sugar, and some basic condiments to get you started.

Information to note during your stay:
-We have a beach towel available for every guest.
-Beachside chairs and umbrellas are available to rent for $40/day, you can rent through Sapphire or through Sonny's next door behind Margaritaville.
-Poolside cabanas are available to rent for $125/day and reservations can be made 24 hours in advance at the front desk. There is no charge for poolside chairs.

The TVs are all set up for streaming. You can easily stream Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc. There is no cable. You can also download the free Pluto TV app so you can stream shows/news. Let us know if you have any questions.

The Perfect Condo!!!!

We have stayed at the Saphirre many times and this Condo is absolutely our favorite. The property manager is amazing. The property was very clean and neat and it is in a great location!!!!

This property was spotless and had everything we needed for the perfect getaway! The owners were so kind and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would happily rent this property every time we visit the island.

Awesome condo

Wonderful view, super clean, comfy beds and furniture. Such a spacious living condo and lots of things to do on site. Besides the beach, pool and hot tub access, game room, theater, restaurant and bar, all available to guests. Mgmt company was super, communicated whenever needed. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Spectacular!

Came for Sandcastle Competition with family. We were concerned as the weather forecast called for rain every day. We did get some rain, but quite a lot of sunshine mixed in. The views from this beautiful condo were amazing…rain or shine. Our host, Sylvia, was so great also…we called once as the BBQ pit had problem with plug…she allowed us to use pit from another unit - which saved our dinner - and sent workman to repair plug the very next morning! Such excellent and courteous service! Staff at Sapphire were excellent as well! Highly recommend!

We have stayed in South Padre every summer for the past 6 years. This is our fifth time at the sapphire. This condo was was beautiful, fully equipped and so clean. We wanted for nothing. On top of that the owners reached out several times with helpful hints and to check in to make our stay more comfortable. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Super clean, very relaxing property

We stayed for four nights with our two children and our cousins who have two children of their own. There was plenty of room for everyone. The views from the property were spectacular and communication with the hosts was fantastic. If you have a young child that sleeps in a pack n play and you're wondering if it will fit in the master closet, it does! (With lots of extra space.) :)

Peace and Paradise 5++

This is a huge place with big rooms /high ceilings. You can watch the sunrise and sunset in the same condo. BBQ pit available. The pool seems to be a football length of 100yards. Easy access to the beach and the next door pool at the Margarita Resort side (bar and grill too!). We used the theater room twice and was very nice and open with about 22 seats. Plenty do on SPI. Staff at the Sapphire is very visible and friendly. We felt very safe. Our 9,7,3yr old had so much fun. The condo walls are solid and did not hear any noise on both sides. The Condo smelled very clean. Showers had all the soap dispensers. Sylvia Gonzalez was very quick to answer her phone for any questions. Awesome place. Again...the place is Ginormous....Strongly recommend!!!!!!

Perfect family rental

This property was a great family rental. Spacious, well equipped and a great location. The views are exceptional and the amenities were an added bonus. The beach was not overly crowded, staff was friendly and the property had everything that we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo at Sapphire! All the conveniences of home down to great wifi but even better because of the amazing view from balcony! Perfect sleeping arrangements for our party of 7! One of the best units we have stayed in at the property!

Fun even in the rain.

While it rained while we there we still had a great time. Condo is as advertised, clean with all the amenities and close to everything without having to get into the traffic of the island. Quick drive to fishing and other activities. The condo was very relaxing and it was an easy trip to the beach. Elevators are super fast considering how many floors there are in this building. One knock, which really isn’t on the owners of the condo, the workout space was not kept up. It’s large and clean but most of the cardio machines weren’t working. Hopefully the resort will get those fixed as it had just reopened. Go run on the beautiful beach instead. Otherwise it was an excellent stay!

Lovely condo in great location

The condo is beautiful, well maintained, and laid out well for a family or group of six. The Sapphire has many amenities - pools, beach access, fitness center, reasonable proximity to dining, nightlife. We liked that there are options for food & drinks on the premises. We will be back!
