Natural stone finca Can Saguer near Alcudia/Pollenca 8 (+2)

Beautiful stone country house situated on a 7000m² plot of land in the countryside between Alcudia and Pollenca, which aims to ensure a relaxing holiday with family or friends. From the kitchen window and the seat at the outdoor kitchen you can look up to the mountain range of Cabo de Formentor and can roam from looking into the distance of the Tramuntana mountains from the pool while enjoying the sun on one of the 8 chairs.
The house has a large and very well-equipped kitchen, a 60 m² living and dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite) and a guest toilet, what you need everything for a holiday with several people. In addition, two small children can sleep in cots. Air conditioning and Free WiFi are also available.
There is an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue and plenty of cozy places around the house, invite you to linger.
Lounge furniture on the terrace with a large table for up to 10 people and a large parasol offer maximum comfort.
Over a wide staircase and children can easily get to the big pool. The large lawn area of ​​the Mediterranean garden invites you to play ball and run.
Up to Port de Pollenca there are about 13 kilometers until Port de Alcudia 8 km. With its beautifully landscaped promenades that invite you to stroll and to stop at numerous cafes, this coastal village are always worth a visit. The beautiful sandy beaches of this region are achieved in a short time and are particularly suitable for children. The two beautifully situated 18 hole golf courses Pollenca and Alcanada are within a few minutes, but the varied environment also invites for exploring by bike and offers great cycling routes.
The old towns of Alcudia and Pollensa (7 or 12 min by car) invite in small streets with historic flair for shopping and strolling. In many restaurants around the market places of the two cities can be tapas, enjoy the Majorcan cuisine and international dishes if you do not even want to spend on the Finca the evening.
Palma de Mallorca and the airport can be reached by motorway from Sa Pobla in only about 35-40 minutes.

Immaculately Kept

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Nina’s home. It was landscaped beautifully, incredibly clean, and well situated for exploring different areas. Our host was always quick and helpful with communication. Four adults, two teens, and two kids felt comfortable in the indoor and outdoor space. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect summerhouse for families located between Pollenca and Allcudia.

We had a great stay in this house w25/june 2023. Landlord Nina is excellent, she is explaining things in a clear way and fix things if anything is happening with the house/garden etc. Pool was perfect and was cleaned, every second day, so water was always fresh. The only thing to add as a minor disadvantage, was the mosquitos. But also that Nina tried to fix for us. All in all a perfect stay which we will remember for a long time!

Ein Traum auf Mallorca!

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderschön – stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Das großzügige Grundstück und der liebevoll gestaltete Pool-Bereich laden zum Entspannen ein und machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Kontakt mit den Gastgebern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle Finca

Das Ferienhaus ist in bestem Zustand, sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Alles ist in Ordnung und funktioniert. Hervorzuheben sind die vielen Aufenthaltsbereiche im Freien. Der Pool ist groß und auch tief und wird bestens gepflegt. Bester Service durch die Gastgeberin.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Frau Weist war sehr angenehm und informativ. Die Finca selbst ein Traum mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Eine Super Lage zu den Stränden und der Altstadt von Alcudia. Kleinere Probleme konnten schnell am Telefon mit Familie Weist gelöst werden.

Im August 2024 durften wir, eine Familie von 6 Personen, darunter 2 Kinder und ein Kleinkind, in der Finca der Familie Weist einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen. Die Finca ist genauso wunderschön wie auf den Bildern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, und die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Pool ist ein Traum, und es gibt viele kleine Rückzugsorte, die auch für Kinder ein kleines Paradies sind. Frau Weist ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist und immer tolle Tipps parat hat. Die Lage der Finca ist fantastisch – ruhig und abgeschieden, aber dennoch sind die Altstadt von Alcudia und die Strände in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Vielen Dank, Frau Weist, für die Überlassung Ihrer großartigen Finca. Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Mallorca werden wir Sie bestimmt als Erste kontaktieren. Hoffentlich haben wir Glück und Ihre Finca ist dann wieder frei. p.s. Die Feigen aus dem Garten waren köstlich.

Fincaurlaub bei Alcudia mit Familie

Wir, unsere Familie von 6 Personen und einem Kleinkind von 1 Jahr, verbrachten im Juni 2024 eine Woche auf der Finca der Familie Weist. Die Finca ist wunderschön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist traumhaft, viele kleine Rückzugsorte und auch für Kinder ein kleines Paradies. Frau Weist ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, jederzeit erreichbar und gibt tolle Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Lage der Finca ist phantastisch, ruhig, man ist für sich, trotzdem sind die Altstadt von Alcudia und die Strände in küzester Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und waren sicherlich nicht zum letztenmal an diesem schönen Ort.

Traumhafter Fincaurlaub

Wunderschöne Finca, in der nichts fehlt (ausser vielleicht etwas grössere Liegehandtücher). Die Finca war super sauber, Aufteilung der Zimmer war klasse. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Relaxen am Pool bei traumhaftem Wetter, gemütliche Grillabende, tolle Ausflüge - das muss Urlaub sein. Vielen Dank an Nina Weist für die netten Gespräche und die ständige Erreichbarkeit. TOP Finca

Großartiges Haus, das alles bietet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Das Grundstück ist top gepflegt, so dass man sich auch im Außenbereich sehr wohlfühlt. Die Ruhe auf dem Grundstück einerseits, die Nähe zu Alcúdia und schönen Stränden andererseits machen dieses Urlaubsdomizil ganz besonders reizvoll. Die Kommunikation mit den Hausbesitzern war unkompliziert, jede Frage wurde umgehend beantwortet. Wir haben uns mit zwei Familien in diesem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Finca verbracht, das Haus ist sehr groß und mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Der Pool ist fantastisch, gerade der mit Salz "gechlort" und man nicht diese Poolchlorgeruch auf sich hat. Fa. Weist als Gastgeber waren jederzeit für Fragen jeder Art erreichbar, dafür noch mal herzlichen Dank, auch für Tipps für Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Eine Sache gibt es noch, die Stechmückenplage auf Mallorca, die ist echt nervig, ab 18:00 waren sie da. ABER mit Autan (leider einen Tag zu spät gekauft) hatten wir Ruhe. Frau Weist hat das Thema auf dem Schirm, es gibt im Haus Stromstecker mit Duftflüssigkeit, was gut funktioniert. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub, nur leider zu kurz. Ich kann diese Finca und Gastgeber wirklich guten Gewissens empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Super schöne Finca für die ganze Familie!

Obwohl die Finca noch im „Winterschlaf“ war und wir sehr kurzfristig für Ende März gebucht haben, hat alles noch wunderbar geklappt und die Vermieter konnten alles so kurzfristig organisieren. Super netter Kontakt, gute Lage. Man ist schnell in Alcùdia und kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen.

Optimal für den Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit 3 Generationen in der wirklich tollen und gut ausgestatteten Finca! Es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden, viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten und Terrassen - klasse Pool den insbesondere die Kinder sehr genossen haben.

Angenehme Aufenthalt!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und schön, genau so wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt. Allerdings waren sehr viele Gelsen, man könnte fast nicht draußen sitzen am Abend...und in die Küche könnte man nichts ofen lassen weil so viele Ameisen 🐜 waren...sonst alles super .

Wundervolle Finca mit tollem Garten und Pool

Vielen Dank, liebe Familie Weist, dass wir Ihr mallorquinisches Zuhause genießen durften, wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter ! Es gab Platz satt für uns 6 Erwachsene, auch 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder können sich sicher wohl fühlen. Die Küche und das Wohn-/ Eßzimmer sind sehr groß, und für jede Tageszeit gibt es eine kühle Terrasse. Die reifen Aprikosen, frisch vom Baum, werden und auch in Erinnerung bleiben!

Wunderbare Finca

Im Haus war genug Platz für 2 Familien mit insg. 4 Kindern. 2 Schlafzimmer haben ihr eigenes Bad. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und der Pool sehr geeignet für die Kinder da er mit Salz "gechlort" wurde. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen.

Rundum schön

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt in dem Objekt für 11 Tage. Das Inserat verspricht, dass quasi alles da ist im Haus. Und aus unserer Sicht stimmt das auch! Besonders gefallen hat uns die absolut angenehme und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vor, während und nach der Reise. Wir hatten das Gefühl, das Frau Weist ganz ehrlich daran interessiert war, uns einen möglichst angenehmen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Vieln Dank dafür!
