Peaceful park-like Getaway

Newly updated, sparkling clean home in a beautiful tree-lined, quiet neighborhood.
Conveniently located near Hanford, Columbia and Yakima rivers, downtown, various wineries, walking paths, and highway access. Plenty of space for up to 8 guests to spread out.

Inside you’ll find an open concept living room and fully equiped kitchen, as well as a spacious dining area. The living room and family room offer double extra space to relax and use the tv or games. The primary bedroom has its own tv and full en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard with plenty of outdoor seating, a gas bbq, fountain, 3 kayaks and 2 cruiser bikes for your use!

We offer 2:00 pm late checkout on Sundays.

Short Tri-Cities Stay

Short but wonderful stay

Super quiet and clean house. Updated nicely. Very responsive host. Beds were quite comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were in town for a cross country meet so it was a short stay. Wish we could have enjoyed the house more

Great stay

This property was perfect for our father/son trip fishing on the Columbia River! Super comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and a BBQ grill to cook our catch!! We especially love the corn hole boards, and that was a nice surprise, where dad got to school his son on how to play!!! Thank you for an amazing property!

Wine Tasting Weekend

We rented this house for a weekend of wine tasting and a winemakers dinner. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. We cooked out the first night and had dinner on the back patio. We loved the decorative lights and the relaxing atmosphere.

Great first Vrbo experience

As a first time renter I was not sure what to expect, but, the hostess was great to work with. She answered my questions and readily communicated. Cleanliness was our first and highest concern and the house was very clean. We also really appreciated that coffee was there to go along with the coffee maker and we didn't have to go find a place to get some. Same with having shampoo in the showers. It is easy to see that the hosts are considerate people and I think that is the 'secret sauce' to making this a great place to stay.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, fun and peaceful place to stay! We really enjoyed our stay. Hillary was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighborhood and surrounding area are great! Backyard was a great hang out spot with the fire pit! We just loved this house!

My friends and I have known each other for 64 years and this house is perfect for us as there are no stairs. Nice back yard and comfy beds. The perfect place to renew our friendship.

Comfortable and Lots of Family Amenities

Host was very responsive. Appreciated the 2pm checkout on Sunday! Home was very comfortable for us (family with two little kids under three). Host also provided other comforts and supplies that were above and beyond the typical rental. Has two separate living rooms, multiple dining space options, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, delicious treats, and more... we strongly recommend staying here!

Delightful House in Central Location

What a perfect house for the 5 of us attending the state gymnastics competition! We loved having 2 family rooms to spread out, and the games were an extra bonus. The house was spacious with plenty of sleeping areas, and an ideal open concept kitchen/dining room. The yard is quite large and the backyard ideal for an evening dinner. The thoughtful host not only supplied the bathrooms with thick, fluffy towels and shower supplies, but also left snacks, sodas, and coffee as a bonus! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Charming stay

We were greeted to this charming home with a hand-written welcome note and a small basket of snacks. The home is clean and well decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and a great area to go for a walk. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice home, listing is misleading.

This is a delightful home. Super cute and inviting! Very clean. Has almost everything you will need. Our disappointment is that the listing says there is “1 Double Futon, 1 Twin Bed and 1 Queen Bed” in the family room. There is no such thing. When I contacted the host they said that description was referring to a regular couch (the futon), a fold up cot (the single bed) and a blow up queen air mattress (the queen bed). Nothing in the listing description leads you to believe these are the “beds” you’ll be sleeping on. No one wants to sleep on an air mattress when they are expecting a real bed. Also, the house is SO cold. I don’t know if there isn’t heat in the back of the house that might be an add on? My two kids in the family room froze and there were not many heavy blankets provided. I would rent the house again because it served our purposes. I just know now what to expect.

We do offer long-term stays, here is our policy:

As a long-term guest please be aware that once a week on a day and time we both agree to, I will need to enter the home to care for plants, do a light cleaning (dusting, quick vacuum, bathroom and kitchen) get the mail, pull garbage cans back to the house, and care for any yard or home items that need seen to. You will be provided with a “starter pack” of toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, and paper towels. Once they run out, you will be responsible to provide your own through the rest of your stay.
