Peeks of the Manatee River beyond. Enjoy all the golf you can play! Green fees included, just pay cart fees. Renter pays a one time Member Transfer Fee plus 7% tax directly to River Strand Golf & Country Club when transfer is completed. Transfer membership also includes full access to tennis, pickleball, exercise facilities, tiki bar, restaurant and bar, two resort style pools, one of six satellite pools is a short walk from the unit.
