About this property

Finally finished! The Intermar reopened on April 10, 2019. The two-year construction work has ended. The house shines in new splendor inside and out and is finally available to guests again without restrictions.
Your vacation home is on the 4th Floor of the Intermar and offers you a clear view of the fjord to Denmark. The beach promenade and the bathing beach are at your feet.
Look forward to a completely renovated and newly furnished apartment in 2018. The bright and modern furnishings in the living room include a dining area and a sofa that can be converted into an additional bed for two people. In addition, a flat screen TV and a music system are available.
The bedroom is kept maritime. Generous cupboards in the bedroom and in the hallway offer you enough space for your holiday wardrobe.
Bed linen and towels can optionally be booked for € 10 per person. You are also welcome to bring your own laundry. In any case, please think of beach towels.
You can also relax and enjoy the Baltic Sea air on the two 6m² balconies.
The new fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and oven with ceramic hob. Above the kitchen counter, you can enjoy a view of the fjord through the living room.
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the shower room.
Parking facilities are available.
The beach is right on your doorstep. You can supervise children from the balcony.
You will find a wide range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the Nobus restaurant welcomes you directly to the Intermar. Shops are located in the center of Glücksburg.
You will definitely enjoy your time in the ‘Domizil Fördeblick’!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Wenn wir allerdings nicht schon im letzten Jahr hier gewesen wären und uns nicht mit den vor Ort befindlichen Gegebenheiten ausgekannt hätten, wäre das einchecken eine Katastrophe gewesen. Es gab keine Info

Richtig tolle Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Glücksburg sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von Check-in bis zum Auszug war es eine tolle Zeit. Gerne wieder.

Urlaub in der 1. Reihe

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit top-Blick auf die Förde, sehr gut eingerichtet, gutes Geschirr, ausreichend Schränke etc. Vermisst habe wir nur einen Toaster. Anfangs ist es etwas kompliziert sich in dem Objekt zurecht zu finden, und es ist umständlich aus der Parkgarage das Gepäck und Einkäufe ins Appartement zu bringen (über diverse Treppen, bis man zum Aufzug kommt ). Auch dass man sich den Zutrittsschlüssel erst an einem ganz anderen Grundstück in Glücksburg holen ( und am Ende auch wieder zurückbringen) musste, war etwas umständlich, aber die tolle Wohnung und die Toplage machen das vergessen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Wohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick

Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben auf der Website. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man im Gebäudekomplex Intermar herausgefunden hat, dass der Zugang zum Fahrstuhl (wichtig für den Gepäcktransport) nur über die untere (erste) Parkebene funktioniert und die Parkplätze in der zweiten und dritten Ebene größer sind, kommt man gut zurecht. In der Wohnung gibt es je einen Lichtschalter am Eingang beider Zimmer. Es ist hilfreich zu wissen, dass diese Schalter jeweils die zum Balkon liegenden Steckdosen in den beiden Räumen schalten, d.h. eine Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer und die hintere Nachttischlampe im Schlafzimmer. Ein kleiner Aufkleber auf den Schaltern wäre nützlich.

Traumblick

Wir waren von Anfang an in unsere Unterkunft verliebt. Liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, an viele Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht: z.B. Seife im Bad und für die ersten Tage Toilettenpapier. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir nur morgens den Esstisch genutzt, sonst saßen wir nur auf dem Balkon, wenn wir dort waren. Dieser Blick auf den Strand der Flensburger Förde - ein Traum. Es gab immer etwas zu beobachten. Wem das nicht ausreicht, kann gerne unten an den Buden sitzen, wo man etwas essen und trinken kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Skøn lejlighed

Lækker nordvest vendt altan med smuk udsigt over fjorden, solnedgangen og stranden. Dejlig lejlighed, gode senge, fint køkken, glimrende bad. Ved stranden er der 4-5 restauranter eller bistroer. Restauranten på hotellet overfor skal prøves. Området er skønt at vandre i, Glücksborg er en fin lille by. Total: en dejlig ferielejlighed til at koble af nogle dage i stille luksus.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial mit einer umwerfenden Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Das Apartment ist geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet. Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 15 min. und mit Bus in 4 min. erreichbar. Gastronomie Empfehlungen sind das Lütt & Lekker und die Scheune.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, der Blick auf die Förde ist ein Highlight. Wir haben einige Geschäfte vermisst. Am Ort selber keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nur Gastro. Glücksburg ist ca. 20 Gehminuten zum Lebensmitteleinkaufen entfernt. Andere Geschäfte nur in weiterer Umgebung! Balkon+Fenster +auf der Waschmaschine, sehr dreckig und das kommt nicht von einigen Wochen, wurde Monate nicht gereinigt. Handtuchpaket 30 Euro für 2 Person für 2 grosse Handtücher +2kleine Handtücher +1 Duschtuch für den Boden sehr happich, Handtuchpaket ist angeblich Pflicht, aber Bezahlung freigestellt, weil es nicht in der Beschreibung stand! Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub deshalb 4 von 5 Sternen.
