Gorgeous Ojai ranchette- tennis court, pool/jacuzzi and guesthouse
Sitting on just over an acre, on the edge of the historic Arbolada, this versatile property offers much without ever leaving and yet is extremely accessible to all the charm surrounding Ojai. The house and guesthouse have been beautifully renovated and provide an abundance of curated design, comfort and fun. Spend time enjoying the outdoors, the large yard is fully fenced and includes a pool, jacuzzi and tennis court. Tons of light pours into the living room and kitchen with french doors that lead out to a covered porch/entertaining areas. Price includes both houses, wi-fi, pool maintenance and weekly housekeeping.
The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per day with 2 days notice and an additional paid day to get it warmed up. Jacuzzi heat is included.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. $125 per pet/per stay
Ojai quiet hours are from 9pm-9am
No parties or events allowed. Non smoking property.
