This is a gorgeous, newly remodeled home in upscale North Scottsdale. The property is elevated and sits on half an acre with incredible views of the McDowell Mountains. Our open concept floorplan has two spacious living areas. Each living area has its own Samsung 65" 4K UHD Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other media apps for your entertainment. Our WiFi connection is up to 150 Mbps download / up to 10 Mbps upload.

Hi there! My wife, Beth, and I have lived in Arizona since 2007 and love everything about Scottsdale and what the Valley has to offer. I'm originally from the Houston, TX area and completed my undergraduate degree at Cornell University. Beth is originally from Los Angeles and we met while working in the Bay Area. We both attended graduate school in Southern California before relocating to Scottsdale in 2007.
We've both been self-employed for a number of years and have recently started investing in real estate with plans to offer high end short term rental homes to visitors coming to Scottsdale. We both love to host and provide exceptional experiences to our guests that are visiting town, whether it's our friends or family.
We do not have any children but we do spoil our many pets. We have two dogs, two cats and a few horses. In my spare time, I play baseball and softball. Beth enjoys the outdoors and riding horses. Our favorite places to escape include Las Vegas, Sedona and anywhere with a beach.
