Tulum is a paradise surrounded by cenotes and with archaeological ruins, it is a unique place. The accommodation is new and fully equipped, well located in one of the most exclusive areas of Tulum, it is cozy, spacious, comfortable to go to the beach (10 min) or to the center by bicycle (included in the rent).
It has a swimming pool, showers and guest bathroom (inside the pool area). The master bedroom has a jacuzzi as well as front terrace, the entire apartment has Wifi and private parking.

HORRIBLE host!

The host is very shady!!! He didn’t accept my first offer...then the only way to do it was pay 5 days through the site and then 5 days cash. The unit was falling apart...i don’t drink we did not “party” multiple issues with the unit. I decided not to contact them everyday as things fell apart. He then tried to charge me for damage!!!! VRBO wasn’t super happy that this guy does side deals...but also didn’t seem to prompt to deal with this. Next time i will just use a hotel so I don’t have to deal with all of these back charges!!! If I ever use one of these sites again I now know to let the host know every little time something isn’t perfect. There is a whole list of issues with this unit. To bad they had make what was a nice vacation into a whole mess.
