Stay in a friendly chalet in the heart of Petite-Rivière Saint-François, just minutes from Le Massif de Charlevoix. This little corner of paradise can accommodate up to 12 people with its 5 bedrooms, spa and pool table. You can also enjoy an outdoor barbecue on the landscaped terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace and 2 bathrooms offer all the comforts you need for a vacation with family or friends.

Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to the entire chalet and all its facilities. In addition to the living areas, kitchen and bedrooms, you can take full advantage of the outdoor terrace, spa.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Petite-Rivière-Saint-François fiefdom, this cottage is no more than 15 minutes from Baie-Saint-Paul. Come and discover a peaceful haven completely surrounded by trees. What's more, with Le Massif de Charlevoix just 5 minutes from the residence, it won't be a problem to furnish your vacation with a panoply of activities. Hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, canoying - what's on your mind today?

You can also take the opportunity to visit Baie-Saint-Paul, a town where art and gastronomy go hand in hand! You'll discover a multitude of art galleries, notably on rue Saint Jean Baptiste. The town also boasts the Musée d'art contemporain de Baie-Saint-Paul. This is a must-see destination for contemporary art lovers. They will also appreciate the Baie-Saint-Paul International Contemporary Art Symposium.

It is a nice place for a family stay ,The whole house is surrounded by forests very quiet! Inside is very clean and beautful, the only thing is the area has weak signal for WiFi and phone！

Week-end entre amis

Grand chalet très propre avec toutes les commodités. La localisation est parfaite entre le massif de la Petite-Rivière-Saint-François et Baie st-Paul. Endroit tranquille parfait pour réunion de famille ou entre ami. Petits bémols : certains matelas sont très mous et le spa n’avait pas été entretenu avant notre visite. Sinon, très beau séjour !

Dump from previous tenants never picked up, leaving no room to remove trash to the outside the residence. Cheap Plastic Trash Bags ripped very easily. Towels in the dryer and not populated to the other bathrooms Dish soap did not cut grease...Horrible time washing pots and pans We left a day early as we had three blue bird days of skiing in a row. No English Instructions We stayed in Evasion 6 two years ago and it was much better Gas Grill was Nasty and pretty much unusable Hot Tub was in need of servicing Previous tenants left beer cans all over the snow off the deck Dishwasher top rack needs TLC

Endroit chaleureux pour se faire de beaux moments !

Très beau chalet, propre. Endroit calme.Déco des fêtes 🎄 pour la période. On a aimé. On a profité du spa , avec nos traîneaux 🛷 on a glissé. Nous avons passé de très beau moments . Moi je recommande ce magnifique chalet. Bel endroit

Très bien

Excellent, sauf foyer ne marchait pas, il devait y avoir quelqu’un qui venait réparer le problème , mais il n’est jamais venu. Les poêles à fondu il manquait le fil pour connecter un des 2 poêles et l’autre ne chauffe pas vraiment vite. Pour le reste c’était vraiment fantastique.

Manque d’entretien en général. Plusieurs équipements brisés, ampoules brûlées, etc. Impossible de joindre le propriétaire pour connaître le no civique du chalet. Nous avons 30 minutes à tourner en rond avant de trouver le bon chalet.
