3BR private oasis with in-ground heated pool - close to winery, beaches & bay!

Beautiful 3BR/2 bathroom home on over an acre - away from all the crowds but close to everything!!

House has an open floor plan, huge back porch & pool! Central AC throughout. Contemporary kitchen has plenty of windows overlooking the deck and pool. It's great for summer bbq's and outdoor entertaining. Screened in porch leads to the deck with grill and bar area. Pool is salt water and heated with multi-color lights for night swims.

Master bedroom has private bathroom with huge walk in shower and soaking tub. 2nd bedroom has queen size bed. 3rd bedroom has trundle with 2 singles and wonderful window seat for lazy, sunny mornings. 2nd bathroom has shower, no tub. Home is set far back off the street and is extremely private.

This is our private home and we welcome guests for the summer!

Walk to Cape May Winery and Cold Spring Village & Brewery. Quick ride to beaches, bay, Wildwood and Cape May!!

Returning Vacationers

This was our second year staying here and we loved it just as much as our first stay. The house is close to everything with a short drive but it's so quiet and peaceful where it is located. We can sit out by the pool for hours and just relax. The house is well maintained and makes you feel right at home.

Our time was great. We enjoyed our. Beautiful house, with very few bumps. Unfortunately, weather was hot and humid, so it was a good thing the house had air conditioning and a pool ( although pool was heated, it was warm anyway due to the weather - so hot and humid out.).

What a wonderful spot!

This is an extremely comfortable home with so many lovely touches! The backyard is a paradise--from the pool, to the large fenced-in yard, to the multiple seating areas. And the home itself is so comfortable. Each bedroom has a remarkable amount of privacy even though they are all on the same floor. And the location is ideal. We loved visiting the local Cape May Winery and Cold Springs Village in addition to all our other adventures!

Annual Shore Trip

The outdoor area is fantastic with a good size pool, plenty of outdoor seating, lots of space for yard games, and a screened in porch. Huge TV in the family room is a bonus. Easy check in/check out. Overall a great stay.

Serene retreat close to everything

Our family of of four enjoyed the peaceful backyard and quiet location with close proximity to everything in Cape May. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook the delicious farm fresh food from the local markets.

Perfect pool at beach drstinstion

If you want access to a beautiful beach AND a peaceful, soul-soothing poo, this is for you. The screened porch is a heaven-sent place to hang. Highly recommend.

What a great experiences

We loved the house. Having a pool in your back yard was so nice. We never went to the beach. The owners were wonderful . Our dog loved the big back yard. We can't wait to go back next year. We recommend this house to whoever wants a great time in Cape May.

Lovely week in Cape May

Our family of 4 adults and one toddler stayed in this lovely house for a week. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. The location was perfect,and very private. It is close enough to downtown Cape May and beach. The Acme is just a few minutes from the house for groceries. We loved the decor of the home and the screened in porch. We would definitely return.

Fabulous, Quiet Oasis, Pool Is Amazing

We stayed with our small dog for a week in August. The house is close enough to take a short drive to the heart of Cape May restaurants and shopping while also close enough to go for a walk on the more dog friendly bayside beaches (which was great to find out). The few nearby neighbors were quiet so our week was spent relaxing by the amazing pool listening to the birds. There is a path to the Cape May winery in the backyard though we couldn't get through probably due to storms that brought down a lot of bamboo and branches (but still it's a 1 minute drive to get there). The house was clean and we had no issues with the tv or internet, there was a portable charge provided which was great since someone forgot theirs. We used 2 of the 3 rooms and the beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and stocked with soft towels. The only difficulty we had was that there is no handrail to get into the pool (one of us is older with trouble getting up and down but we found a step stool to use to have something to lean on). Otherwise the pool was warm and big enough to really swim in, a big hit. And the dog loved the fenced yard and being able to run around. We loved our stay here.

Below standards

The home is 50 feet from a cemetery. That should be disclosed in the Ad. Allow consumers the option of deciding if they would feel comfortable to rent there.The property had very few online photos of inside of the home. Past reviews of the home were good. We rented based on the good reviews. The home decorations would not be inclusive to all renters.The house was not finished in some areas with paint undone. There was a boarded up window that was covered with a curtain and visible duct tape. The house is listed as pet friendly. We could not utilize sitting on the furniture. The furniture smelled of animal waste and was dirty. We spent most of our time in the sun room. The washer and dryer smelled like mold and mildew. The refrigerator smelled. The house wasn't clean, just surface clean. It rained and we sat on the stools in the kitchen. There was not blinds in the kitchen to support privacy at night. The house AC and lighting were controlled. The AC would turn off as we slept. We would wake up heated. The outside lighting was solar and there were minimal pool lights and minimal sunroom lights. After it gets dark and the sun goes down you can not enjoy the out side of the home. The bedroom shower had only one door in one bathroom.

AMAZING! You won't find any better than this!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! We will definitely be back! The owners are wonderful and helped me figure out a way to make our arrival extra special for my son on his 13th bday. It was all perfect - the house, pool, amenities, etc, etc, etc. We were a family of 3 adults, a 13 yr old, 10 yr old and 2 dogs. More than enough space to be together, and apart! :) The entire family misses the house already. Dogs included.

Excellent time!

This was our second year renting this home. It was great for us, our kids, and our extended family. Lots of space, pool and outside were beautiful and convenient! It was a quick drive to many attractions too. The winery is such a gem! Definitely enjoyed being able to walk there. Would love for it to be our yearly place!

Home Construction Refugee

Kristin was great, the property is very well maintained, and it suited most of our needs perfectly. As the title says, we were looking for a place we could land for a couple of weeks while our kitchen was being demoed and other work was being done on our home rendering it not really livable. I found this house, I didn’t have to board our Golden Girls, and there was ample room for my daughter and new son in law. We loved the pool, the yard, and just having the chance to catch our breaths after an inordinately busy past few months. It was close enough to the shore line, farm markets and the grocery store, to make it well placed if you felt the need to venture somewhere. We cooked, read, worked remotely, slept, binged a few series, swam, played and rested. My only wish, and this is perhaps just us—a dining table on the inside, with dining chairs, because that’s where we tend to do everything from work to games to puzzles to meals. There is a great table outside, but the elements make it kind of tricky to use ( we had rain and days that were scorching). The pool at the end of the day was amazing, and refreshing and when the breezes changed and came off the ocean, perfect air most of the time we were there. I’m only sorry that we didn’t rent it for a month instead of just the two weeks. I’m already wishing I was there.

Super Property and Vacation

This property was perfect for our family's summer vacation. The home was clean, well-appointed, well-equipped, and comfortable. The heated saltwater pool, outdoor entertaining space, and screen porch were phenomenal and where we spent so much time. On a rainy day the screened porch is a great place to hang out, and the fenced in yard was much enjoyed by our dog. The neighborhood is quite with fast and easy access to the beaches, downtown Cape May and shopping, the lighthouse, and the Wildwood boardwalk. Owner Kristen is so easy to work with and communicative. We'll keep this home on our radar for future vacations!

Great House

Our family had a great, and relaxing stay. The house is close enough to Cape May itself, and far enough away to be away from the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet and down time. The outdoor living area is fantastic, plenty of seating areas, and the pool was fantastic - super clean, and refreshing. Pool towels and a few pool toys were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery and essentials such as foil, Saran Wrap, salt, pepper and Kurig pods. There is an ACME that is literally 5 minutes away, so I’d recommend doing a shop when you arrive - we brought a lot of things we didn’t need, and just ended up taking home! The fridge/freezer was fantastic, very large, and roomy. The washer and dryer was a great addition, and had a large capacity, so no need to bring a lot of clothes. Kristen was very responsive to any questions we had, and had left wine and cookies for us to enjoy, which was a lovely surprise.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My husband, son, and another family stayed at this property. It was extremely easy to check in, as Kristen also allowed us to check in early. This was great with having 2 toddlers. The house was clean and offered anything and everything you needed from Alexa, to beverage glasses and utensils, to beach & bath towels, as well as sunscreen, among many other things! The pool was absolutely beautiful, with having the perfect heated temperature for our stay in late June. We loved everything about staying at this house! It was spacious enough for our 2 families to have some privacy, and also spend time together in common areas. Kristen was responsive in getting us tiki torch fluid the day we messaged her. This property was also great for our two dogs. They were able to roam in the fenced in yard, and even hop in the pool from time to time! I would highly recommend this property and all the perks that come with it!!

Perfect Cape May Oasis

We had the most beautiful week at this property. The home is beautiful with modern decorations and a chic feel. Cleanliness is very important to me, and the house was spotless when we arrived. The backyard was beautiful with plenty of seating and lighting, perfect to spend the entire day or evening to relax. The pool is absolutely perfect and was crystal clear. We utilized the patio and the grill and everything worked perfectly. The living room had ample lighting, and the kitchen overlooks the backyard. All of the furniture was comfortable, clean, and we really enjoyed the very large TV. I appreciated that Netflix was already logged into. We felt safe and secure, and the home owners responded to us right away when we had questions. The house is close to the winery, beach, bay, and all of what Cape May has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and thank the homeowners for a wonderful family vacation.

Wonderful house in a great location.

The five of us had a great time in this nicely updated house, convenient to the Cape May beaches and attractions. The house was clean, loaded with amenities, and the owners, Kirsten and Craig, were helpful and friendly. We had a great experience and I highly recommend this wonderful house.

Just What We Needed!

We just returned from our vacation, and we all agree that this property was perfect in every way! There were 6 adults and one infant in our party, and the house provided enough privacy for all of us, as well as room for all of us to congregate. Kristen responded immediately to any questions that we had, and when we arrived we had two bottles of wine, as well as several different kinds of breakfast bars, and Keurig coffee pods, waiting for us. There was a map of the area on the counter along with all of the instructions for the house clearly explained for us to reference. There were also different bottles of liquor available, if we were so inclined. The wine was delicious, and it was a nice way to begin our vacation. We were traveling with two dogs, so this house worked well for us. There were two dog bowls on the back deck (although we had brought our own), and the yard was fenced in. The dogs enjoyed their vacation just as much as we did. We also had a three month old infant with us. We gave my daughter and son-in-law the master bedroom suite which had a large bathroom. There was a beautiful claw-foot tub in the master bath that worked well for the baby's baths, as well as a shower stall. The chair in the master bedroom enabled my daughter to nurse the baby in their bedroom during the night. The second bedroom was a nice size, and the third bedroom had two twin beds and a lovely window seat lined with throw pillows. It was a nice place to unwind and read a book. There were several sitting areas in the house which all had enough room for the 7 of us to hang out. The living room had a huge TV, and plenty of comfortable chairs and couches. The kitchen was very bright. There was lots of light, and from the kitchen you could look at the pool. We had all of the dishes, bowls, glasses, and utensils that we needed. We even found paper plates which made us happy! Who wants to do dishes on vacation? The best part of the house was the pool area and screened in porch. We spent plenty of time by the pool. The pool area was spacious, and the lounge chairs were comfortable. There were umbrellas which provided shade if needed. That worked well for us, because we could keep the baby out of the sun. The house was set back from the road and very quiet. It also was no more than 10 minutes from everything (wineries, beach, Washington Street shops and restaurants). We could not have picked a better house! You won't be disappointed!
