500m from the Grande Plage of Carnac and close to shops, 3-room house (approx. 55m²) for 6 people, located in a quiet area within the Résidence LES MAISONS DU PARC (house no. 3). Heated shared pool open from mid-June to mid-September:

- Living room with dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (TV, sofa) opening onto a south-facing terrace, extended by the enclosed garden (garden furniture)
- Separate, fully equipped kitchen (4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine)

Upstairs (carpeted floor):
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140, blanket), opening onto a west-facing loggia
- 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (80, duvets) and 2 single trundle beds (80, duvets)
