Our house with an area of approximately 160 m² has spacious and bright rooms. It has been completely redesigned internally.
A closed mezzanine provides privacy for a TV/games area.
It is located 15 mins from the ocean (Capbreton/Hossegor), 30 mins from the Basque Country. 10 mins from the Marais d'Orx Nature Reserve (a pure delight to visit).
Absolute calm, with no close neighbors or vis-à-vis. You are in the countryside being at the gates of the summer animation of the coast. What happiness after the day at the beach to find the silence of nature. 1 hectare of land, a mini forest and a small stream. You may be lucky enough to have horses as your only neighbours...
