Wonderful views, proximate to Hollywood

We loved our stay and enjoyed amazing views of the city. The unit has a cool, eclectic LA vibe and the owners took great steps to ensure we were well taken care of. We look forward to staying there again!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay and it accommodated our family of 4. We stay in VRBOs often and overall had a good experience here. The communication and check-in was good. Easy access and no issues. I really appreciated the covered parking. The 2nd bedroom with two large murphy beds was perfect for our two teens. Having two bathrooms was also great for us. This is not a complaint, just information for those considering a stay, the two large sliding glass doors seen in the photos do not lead out to any kind of outdoor space. They open about 5" or so, but there is a drop off immediately outside the doors. I would not stay in this property with small children for this reason. Also not a big complaint, as we didn't spend much time there, but I wouldn't say this couch would be comfortable for more than 3 adults max and there isn't any other comfortable seating in the living room. Again, everything worked fine for us. The owners were very kind and communicative, but I depend highly on reviews and would have found this information helpful. Overall a fun spot in the hills and great for a visit to Universal. We were home in less than 15 minutes, maybe even 10.

This is a great property if you want to be close to all the good spots in Hollywood but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view is beautiful and the decor is modern but unique.

Los Angeles Family Vacation

This house in the Hollywood hills was the perfect location and size for our family of 4. The view of downtown Los Angeles is amazing and the amenities are great, you will have all that is needed for a weekend or weeklong stay. The owner is very responsive and communication was great leading up to, and during the stay. Look no further, book this one if you're traveling to LA!

Magic in the Hollywood Hills

This place is extra special, tucked away below the Hollywood sign in the Beachwood Canyon of the Hollywood Hills. You can walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, but the property also has its own car port, which is super convenient. Our host was very responsive and sent us helpful videos showing how to use the keypad on the front door and the lights inside. Overall, an amazing place to stay with an equally amazing host. We will certainly book it again if we get the opportunity!

Spring Break in the Hollywood Hills

This house worked perfectly for what we wanted. The view was nice, the location was out of the way of all the hustle and bustle of Hollywood and LA. It was great that it had its own parking spot where you didn't have to fight with street parking. Jackie was great to deal with and was always quick with a response and very helpful. Overall it was a great stay and we really enjoyed our time.

In the Hills of Hollywood

What a great stay for my team and I while we were at an expo in Beverly Hills. The view of this home was amazing and the amenities are excellent. The 4 of us had plenty of room. This location was close to it all. The morning runs where also great! Just a 10 minute walk and you have a great view of the world famous Hollywood.

Perfect Hollywood Experience!

This was everything we expected out of our stay. Had a great time here with family for a birthday getaway. Stunning views - loved the sunsets and sunrises. Had everything we needed and was so close to all our activities. Close to the Hollywood sign too! Host was amazing and very responsive.

Superb stay! One of the best we’ve ever had!

The stay at this location was amazing, everything that we needed or thought we needed was available for our family of four. Views were astounding, easy access to anywhere we needed to go, and the times we did need to communicate with the management team, it was an extremely positive/responsive experience. We could not ask for anything more. Thank you so much for a wonderful, positive experience on our first trip to California.

House is as advertised, the views from the back windows is amazing! Very cool staying up in the Hollywood Hills. And the host went above and beyond helping to answer questions and give recommendations on the area. We would love to stay here again.

Great Stay!

We went to Hollywood for a quick couples getaway and we had a great time. The house was extremely clean and the views were outstanding. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The response time from the owner was extremely fast and couldn’t have asked for a better host.

The View!

Generally you get what you see in the photos. Our big regret is that there are no comfy chairs in the entire house beside the L-shaped sofa, and that there are zero reading lights. Otherwise everything went well!
