Guest Access:

The entire house, including the spacious garage, pool, laundry area, and front and back yards are exclusively available to you. You will enjoy complete privacy throughout the property.

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self-check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Pool heating during the winter season (Nov-Mar) is $150/day(82 degrees) and spa heating is complimentary. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Ask about our current promotions and specials.

There is a pet fee of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 11 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
