Spacious holiday home (semi-detached house) with terrace and garden, several bedrooms, fully equipped, modern, beautiful kitchen, new bathroom with country house flair, with shower and towel dryer. Underfloor heating everywhere, and in addition a fireplace with glass pane and tiled stove in the kitchen. Towels, bed linen and final cleaning included, prices always for 2 people, minimum stay: 3 nights, car is an advantage, next to the birthplace Roy Black!
Directions and surroundings can be seen in the googlemaps entry!
In summer, the garden offers plenty of seating, shade trees, etc. to relax. Also suitable for children of all ages! Self-catering,
Tables, benches, chairs, fire basket, gazebo etc. available in the garden.
Please contact me, even if the calendar shows "all occupied" or you do not want to book online immediately. There may still be free places in the neighboring houses, all in Strassberg and similarly equipped.

A warm house in the winter
The property offered very flexible accommodation with good facilities. The underfloor heating was very effective and supplemented by a small wood burner. Despite days of sub-zero temperatures with snow the house was always very warm.

Beautiful & family friendly!
We loved everything about this place! The pictures give a good sense of the garden style, which was beautiful, peaceful, and well done. The house has an old feel yet everything is modern and up-to-date. Even though the pictures were great we were pleasantly surprised by the balcony off of the upstairs master bedroom and the extra toilet upstairs. We were very comfortable in the house with our four children, (ages 7-14) who also loved it. They were all happy with their beds and enjoyed the games and books provided. The village is small and picturesque. Everyone was very friendly from the neighbors to the biergarten across the street. Heike herself was wonderful. She helped with all of our questions including car repair and the best swimming pools. We also enjoyed visiting Neuschwanstein and other activities in the area. We would definitely return (would love to see it in the winter) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect Little Getaway with our Toddler!
This little treasure made our 5 night holiday so much better than we could have ever hoped for. I have so many Great things to say about the house! It was super modern! We stayed with our 3 year old son and he just loved it, it suited our family perfectly. The stainless steel brand new appliances made for a very nice stay. The fireplace was super quaint, the heated floors were super!!! The front living room was perfect for our son to play and watch TV, and to unload our shopping trips! The owner was super in dealing with schedules and departures and arrivals. Despite SUPER foggy conditions , with the GPS we were able to find the place pretty easily. The washer/dryer in one was AWESOME, and finally the location was ideal for us as we went to LEGOLAND, Neuschwastein Castle, Ingolstadlt Outlet Shopping, and drove into Munich City Center to go to Sealife Munich and Olympiapark. There was a local market just a few minutes away from the house, and a REWE within about 15 minutes where we did most of our shopping to cook at the house. Highly recommend for a holiday stay, especially with children who do not adapt to change in environment well. Thanks so much for making our holiday stay a GREAT memorable event.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt zu viert mit Hund. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat uns sehr gefallen. Augsburg und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Kürze erreichbar und zum abkühlen gibt es reichlich Seen und ein Freibad in der Nähe. Frau Schotte ist sehr bemüht und für jegliche Fragen kurzfristig zu erreichen. Können wir nur empfehlen!!! Familie Gerster

Ein Haus mit Charme
Wir haben zu fünft eine knappe Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Unsere beiden Hunde waren ebenfalls willkommen. Für Hundebesitzer eine tolle Umgebung, Spaziergänge im Grünen, eingezäunter Garten. Mit dem Auto schöne Ausflugsmögkichkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bemüht, Übergabe ganz komplikationslos. Das Haus hat Charme, sauber, stimmig und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Man tritt sich nicht auf die Füße, jeder hat Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, da die Räumlichkeiten oben und auch der Balkon sehr großzügig sind. Die Kinder hatten im Garten immer etwas zu entdecken, toll angelegt mit ausgewählten und besonderen Stauden. Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir würden wiederkommen. :)

Wunderschön gemütlich
Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist mit vielen Details im Landhaus- und Used-Look ausgestattet und alles vorhanden, sogar reichlich Kaminholz. Sichtbare alte Balken, unverputzte Wandflächen, sowie Fließen in Klinkeroptik ergänzen das Heimelige. Schade, dass vom Kachelofen keine Öffnung in‘ s Wohnzimmer geht. Dazu passt der sehr schöne große, vor allem wilde Garten. Check-in, Check-out und Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin Frau Schotte verliefen geschmeidig. Wenige Meter entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Bio-Laden mit allem für‘ s Frühstück. Thomas W. 4. Mai 2024

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit wunderschönem großen Garten
Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus mit dem sehr schönen und großen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenige Meter entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Bio-Laden mit Backwaren und leckeren Stückchen sowie Kaffee. Für unseren Hund gab es viele tolle Strecken mit Wiese und Wald zu erkunden. In Augsburg ist man mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten. Es war eine tolle Zeit. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien und Hundehalter.

Tolle Unterkunft!
Wir waren mit 2 Erw. und 3 Kd. (2,4,7) in dem Haus. Viel Platz, gute Ausstattung, schöner Garten und Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte super, sie hatte einige Tipps für uns. Vom Haus ist man fix in Augsburg, am Ammersee oder im Legoland. Klare Empfehlung von uns. 👍

Leider war das Haus viel zu voll gestellt. Die Küche mit 8 Stühlen zu eng. Das Schlafzimmer ohne Ehebett ein Witz. Die Matratzen viel zu weich. Vorm Haus eine häßliche Bierzeltgarnitur, sehr unbequem. Ein verwilderter Garten ohne bequeme Gartenstühle. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Finden das Haus zu hochpreisig. Cosy house, very quiet village
Our first impressions of the house online were really good, especially looking at the reviews. We expected a bit more so we were surprised when we arrived.. There is a neighbour living in the same building, but has a different entrance. The person will be right underneath one of the bedrooms, basically forcing you to be very quiet as you don't want to disturb your downstairs neighbour. The house looked different from the pictures (we expected a different look, more open areas). The house is filled with cute little cozy rooms, but is located in a very quiet town (you will need a car if you want to do any type of activity). The yard seemed more promising in the pictures than it actually was, it didn't look inviting in real life.. There were quite some lighting problems in the house with multiple rooms having broken lights and flickering lights. Our overall stay was really good, the house is perfect for a small group and has a nice cozy feel to it.

Très jolie maison, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Décoration de très bon goût. Grande terrasse au première étage vue sur le jardin, bien agréable pour la lecture. Emplacement idéal pour les promenades en forêt et les visites culturelles. Heike est toujours disponible et charmante.

Ferienhaus in Strassberg
Es war ein gemütliches Ferienhaus gut ausgestattet gut erreichbar. Das Restaurant Waldeck ist sehr empfehlenswert sowie die Ausflüge an die Lech lange Wanderungen und natürlich ist auch Augsburg sehr schön. Ich würde es sicher weiterempfehlen

Schöne helle Räume, tolle Küche, wunderschöner Garten, sehr gute Ausstattung. Kleine Schönheitsfehler hatten die verschiedenen Bänke und Stühle im Garten, die definitiv in die Jahre gekommen waren und gerichtet werden müssen. Zudem fehlten mir auf der Dachterrasse genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und ein Sonnenschutz. Trotzdem eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Sehr zufrieden
Wir waren mit neun Leuten vor Ort. Alles hat gut geklappt, die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite, unkomplizierte Person. Man musste sich nur etwas arrangieren, was die Badnutzung angeht, da es nur ein Badezimmer mit einer Dusche gibt. Daneben gibt es noch ein Gästebad mit WC. Wir haben uns sehr über den Aufenthalt gefreut! Vielen Dank!

Erholung pur
Ein wunderschönes und toll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse, in dem wir unsere Zeit als kleine Familie sehr genossen. Der Garten war für unseren Sohn und die Hündin immer wieder eine kleine Entdeckungsreise, bevor es weiter in den nahen Wald ging. Wir konnten hier wunderbar entspannen und uns vom Stadtstress komplett erholen. Hier hatten wir alles was wir brauchten und wenn doch etwas fehlte, war Frau Schotte sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Wunderschönes Haus
Für 8 Tage waren wir als Großfamilie zu Gast in der großen Frieda. Vom Kleinkind bis zu den Großeltern haben sich alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Jeder fand sein Lieblingsplätzchen im Haus. Die Großeltern genossen die Dachterrasse, die Kinder den Garten und die Eltern die Ruhe im Haus ;-). Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!!!
