Sea Glass Cottage is a beautiful 6 bedroom 6.5 bath home located in the quiet, gated community of The Villas of Frangista Beach! This newly constructed home features a large private pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that can also be heated, private beach access, included golf cart, and sleeps 18 comfortably.

The first floor offers the convenience of a master suite with private bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and living room with an 80" TV and Sonos system. On the second floor, you will find 4 master suites all with king beds and private attached bathrooms. The third floor is a large open room with 4 queen beds (bunks) and a full bathroom. Perfect for all the kids!

This home has a private beach access but is also located in between Pompano Joes and Whale's Tail. Both have lots of parking, public restrooms and showers, and beach bars.

Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, Sea Glass Cottage is just minutes away from the sugar white beaches, restaurants, and shopping!

Perfect Stay!

Our family had a fantastic week staying here! The pool was heated, the house FULLY stocked and perfect amount of space for our family! It in a great quiet neighborhood. They had a few baby items that were super helpful to have. The house has every kitchen item needed. The pool was cleaned every few days and when our heater wasn’t working super well, the owners sent someone to check on it quickly!! Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.

Great Beach House!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. The pool was a hit for adults and kids, and we spent most of our days swimming. The golf cart was great to get around and use to go to the beach.

Amazing Home

Everything was great. Beds were very comfortable. You may want to have housekeeping dust the light fixtures. There was a lot of dust on them. We will be back.

Great vacation!

We couldnt have chosen a better place for our family vacation! The house had everything we needed. Amazingly stocked kitchen. Great backyard pool and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each adult couple. The third story kids bedroom was great and the kids loved having a space of their own. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful home tucked away in a gated community just blocks from the beach. The backyard is wonderful and so private. Pool was warm and bigger than expected. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking if you wanted to and loved how each room had access to a bathroom. Highly recommend staying here.

Great lifetime friends

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The pool was wonderful, clean and warm. It was so wonderful having a bathroom for every room The 6 person golf cart was wonderful to have for rides to get coffee and to the beach. Great communication with the host who was very accommodating to us. We left all of our beach chairs we purchased for the home because they were so accommodating to us. Thanks again for the beautiful home

Family/friend vacation

This property was perfect for our stay! We had 3 families with children if various ages and everyone had enough space! The home itself was clean, well maintained and furnished with everything we could need. The golf cart was nice to use to get around if we wanted but the walk to the beach wasnt bad at all! We paid the extra fee to heat the pool and glad we did; if we weren't at the beach, the kids were in the pool! We would definitely book here again!

Wonderful property!

We absolutely loved this house! Very clean, great location and accurate to VRBO listing. The pool was the perfect size for the kids and offered some shade later in the afternoon which was needed after a day at the beach. The golf cart was an extra bonus and great to get around! Beds were comfortable and house was welcoming. Highly recommend this house!

Fabulous home

Everything was amazing. Location, size, pool and golf cart. We had a group of teenage boys who stayed on the top floor and it was perfect for privacy and room for all of them. The golf cart made getting to and from the beach seamless and the pool was a great size for everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

We stayed here with 2 other families and couldn’t have been happier. The house was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable for the 12 of us. It’s in a great location, the use of the golf cart was very convenient. The only complaint we had was we paid to heat the pool, but it wasn’t warm enough for us adults to go in. The kids, of course, didn’t mind. We did get refunded for it for a few of the days. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

It is a beautiful property and we had a wonderful time there. The pool really saved the day because on the first few days a tropical storm had come in and we couldn't get in the ocean. We didn't have a single complaint. It is very clean and the pictures don't do it justice. Hopefully we will be able to return there next year!

Perfect for a large group

The house was perfect. We had 10 adults & 5 children. We heated the pool & very happy we did. The grandkids were in the pool before breakfast. We did use the gulf cart which I highly recommend. The kitchen has everything you need. Enough seating outside around the pool for everyone. The bedrooms all have there own bathrooms, so no waiting for showers. We never ran out of hot water with all the showers. The beds were so comfortable. Having a washer & dryer was great. This is a gated community which was very nice. It has a large grill & a Traeger pellet smoker which we used both. Thank You for the wonderful family vacation.

Amazing Multi-family vacation

This was the first time our family has stayed in a big house together so we were a little anxious, but there was no need to worry. This property had everything we needed and then some. We cooked large meals for 15 people every night and they had every pot and pan and baking dish we needed. They even had a crockpot! We used the outdoor grill one night and it worked great. The washer and dryer were in constant use with all the people we had staying there. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything was very clean and in great condition. We enjoyed the pool every day and the cute backyard with loungers, chairs, tables, and floats. There were enough for everyone. We had a couple kids with us and they loved it. They provided beach chairs and a tent which was much appreciated since we flew and couldn’t bring our own. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again. I would like to share the few pitfalls we had but they weren’t dealbreakers. The parking is a bit of a challenge, due to strict HOA regulations. (The security guard sat outside our house each night and made us feel intimidated.) If we could have one wish it would be a larger common area on the main level. With the amount of people we had we needed more space downstairs. We needed more kitchen towels or rags. There were sugar ants on the kitchen countertops.It would’ve been nice to have a blower for the pool deck. The trees were dropping things and we couldn’t walk barefoot.

Cloudy with a chance of sun

We drove from Midwest for Springbreak in Florida. The backyard pool was the best also getting around with golf cart a lot of trips to Dairy Queen. Happy we made decision to pay extra to heat pool. The house was perfect for our crew beds and bathrooms. Felt like home with all fully equipped kitchen and details like hand soap, Kleenex, TP, paper towels, extra pillows blanket. Had everything for a good start. We shopped at Public and Walmart for everything else we needed! Thought we had a good price for the rental would do it again for same price. Wish there was pool toys swim towels and beach unbrella and chairs bc next time we will definitely fly bc drive was horrible too much traffic added hours on to drive time!!!

Roach Infestation

While the house is very appealing with the bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor living space, we encountered roaches on the second day while cooking. I was hopeful it was a one and done but they continued to come out while cooking, eating, and even showering. When I notified the owner, he stated the house had been sprayed not long ago. He also said there was a problem of water bugs in the area. He dropped roach bait traps off on Monday. We set these out. Didn't work and they were starting to appear day and night. I contacted Bob and he said it was a new house but he would ask the pest control company to come out. The situation was so bad we hated to cook or even eat in the house because the roaches would crawl on the island to where we had cooked food and trying to serve. We vacuumed daily, never left our dogs food bowls out, trash went out every evening, washed every dish/utensil before we used it and after because the roaches were even in the drawers! When I contacted Bob again disgusted he seemed annoyed and said he would send someone out. Next he requested for me to send him a photo of the roaches we were killing. I did and he never replied. The handyman came that afternoon with Ortho spray who said we had to leave the house for two hours so he could spray and he told Bob this. We had two dogs and had to make arrangements to leave with them the next day. We returned almost three hours after to puddles of spray around furniture legs, appliances, and baseboards. Roaches soon began appearing upstairs. We had to empty every suitcase and inspect to ensure we didn’t bring any home. It was horrible. Bob never apologized, or checked on the situation despite telling me he would address.

Beautiful home

We planned a holiday family getaway! This home is gorgeous and has everything needed to make a wonderful getaway for a large group! The young kids LOVED the third floor kids space! It was their private area and they were so excited to have their floor. The back yard may seem small, but it is awesome. The owners thought of everything. The pool is so worth the extra to heat! The landscaping is beautiful! This home is amazing and you will definitely love your time at Seaglass! Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Great for large famulies

We had a total of 14 people on this family vacation and the house was great. Every room has its own bathroom which is a major plus and the bunk bed room was so cool! The kids absolutely loved that room. The only cons we can bring up is that there was an ant issue and we spotted about 2 water bugs on the second floor. The golf was an awesome addition but it only seated 6 so it was difficult trying to transport everyone to the beach. Also, we wished there was a closer beach entrance than the one we had, it was a challenge going back and forth to get everyone especially with having an infant. Bc of the difficulty we only visited the beach twice. We absolutely love the pool in the back and the grilling area. We got really good uses out of it. The kitchen has every appliances you can think of. A major plus! Overall, this place was great. We would definitely come back amd stay again.

Great vacation rental

The house was as promised! The kitchen was completely furnished with every gadget you could think of. A very pleasant surprise. The 3 different levels of bedrooms worked out perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was used daily/nightly. With 6 little kids, the shallow end was perfect. I suggest including the golf cart with the house. We got a lot of use out it all week. Working with Harry was very easy also. Any questions or request I had were answered and taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend this property. 😁
