Charming little house with 3 bedrooms (6 people) completely renovated in 2022 with 600 M² of garden (BBQ, garden furniture, outdoor table). The house has a double bed 160x200, 2 single beds 80x200 which can be combined to form a double bed and a bunk bed. The house is ideally located in a quiet area close to the beaches and the town centre of Noirmoutier en l'île (900 metres away). During the school holidays and the summer season, the house can only be rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday.

Excellent family visit to this lovely house. Excellent location, lovely garden, great cycling routes close by and great to have a place to park off street and to store bikes in the outbuilding. Very warm welcome from Thérèse. Thankyou for the stay

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben als Familie (drei Kinder im Alter von 9,7,5) einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Das Haus liegt sehr gut in ruhiger Lage zwischen Ort und Stränden. Alles ist sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Das Haus ist funktionell und gut eingerichtet. Ein kleines Manko war der doch recht ungepflegte obwohl eigentlich schöne Garten. Zudem könnte noch einmal in das ein oder andere Küchenuntensil investiert werden. Aufgrund dessen gibt es kleine Abzüge trotz sehr guter Gesamtnote.

Très belle prestation
Très belle maison refaite à neuf agréable cuisine bien équipée , salle d’eau au top double vasque douche italienne la literie parfaite belle pièce de vie télévision et wifi fonctionne parfaitement mais le plus de cette maison c’est le calme tout en étant à 10 minutées du centre et un jardin magnifique à l’abri des regardes bien aménagé et arborés

Très bon séjour. La maison rénovée récemment est très bien situé dans une rue au calme . Proche du centre ville et proche des plages. Très bonne literie. Cuisine très bien équipée. Extérieur très agréable. Très bonne communication avec Louis. Thérèse nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et bienveillance. je recommande vivement.

Très bien mais des odeurs...
Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 jours dans cette maison. Petite maison dans le style de l'île. Celle-ci est très bien équipée et a fait l'objet d'une rénovation récente. Grand jardin agréable et bien entretenu. Il reste à régler les problèmes de remontée d'odeurs dans la salle de bain qui nuisent clairement au plaisir d'occuper les lieux! Je trouve dommage de découvrir le sujet en arrivant, sans possibilité de changer de logement. Nous n'aurions pas loué sinon... Aucune compensation proposée. Trés bon accueil par Thérèse à l'arrivée.

Belle maison bien équipée et bien située

Schönes Haus zwischen Stadt und Strand
Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Louis' Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und so, wie es in der Beschreibung steht bzw. auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Alles noch ganz neu! Es liegt zwischen der Stadt Noirmoutier und mehreren Stränden, die genau wie die Stadt in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
