Our apartment consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. You have your own terrace. If necessary, an extra bed can be made in the living room so that a total of 5 people can stay in the apartment. We have our apartment from the German Tourism Association e. V. get certified and get four stars.
The beautiful, quiet location combined with the quick access to all tourist destinations in the region, such as B.
documenta 14, World Heritage Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe with Hercules, Baunatal, Edersee, museums Kassel, wildlife parks, Fritzlar with cathedral etc.
The location in the middle of the Chattengau offers all bikers the possibility of sufficient activity.

Top Ferienunterkunft

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und dazu noch super nette Vermieter, da kommen wir gern wieder. Das W-Lan war super pratisch, da wir mit dem mobilen Internet in Niedenstein immer bisschen Probleme haben.

Clean and Private Garden Apartment

We stayed for one week in this apartment, and it was plenty of space for four adults. The furnishings are colorful and comfortable, the rooms are filled with light when the blinds are up, and the view of the garden is lovely. It is in a quiet neighborhood with rolling hills, good for walking and biking, and relatively close to a grocery store and restaurants. This was the layout when we stayed (a little different from the pictures, but not in a bad way): The entrance leads straight into the living room, which also has a dining table that seats six. Through the living room, immediately to the left is the bathroom and to the right a hallway with a coat closet and another small table. Off the hallway is the first bedroom, which has two beds (queen and twin) and a dresser. The hallway leads into the kitchen, and to its right is the second bedroom, which has a king bed, desk, and armoire. The layout is convenient, and it is possible to close doors to the living room and kitchen to stop noise from traveling to other rooms. The Hübels are such a sweet family, and the apartment is everything you could ask. We highly recommend staying here!

Een prima huis voor een week met 4 tot 6 personen. Schoon, voldoende uitgerust en zeer hartelijke ontvangst. Rust in de buurt van Kassel.

Goed verzorgd en compleet

Wij, drie kunst-en cultuurliefhebbers uit Nedeland, hebben een goed en aangenaam verblijf gehad in Niedenstein. Het appartement was goed ingericht en heel schoon. Vooral het terras was prettig en royaal. De omgeving is rustig en heuvelachtig en het dorp heeft een geweldige pizzeria. Als uitvalsbasis een prima plek voor activiteiten. Brilliantly clean and well appointed property!

We stayed here for a long weekend with four adults and two children (a 8yo and a 3mnth). The Hübel family gave us a great welcome and made us feel home from the very start. The apartment was immaculately clean and well presented. We were presented with a lovely bottle of wine, homemade jam, fruit and chocolates - really lovely touches we did not expect! We found the apartment spacious and enjoyed eating outside on the terrace which also had a barbecue facility. The sitting / dining area inside had a table for 6 persons. Overall a great base for exploring the Kassel Area and Edensee. The Hübel family were so friendly and helpful - even offering to collect fresh bread for us in the morning! We would love to come back sometime in the future to explore this lovely part of Germany. Thanks to the Hübels!

Nooit meer

Op de foto's lijkt het dat je een balkon hebt niet dus.Daarvan dan zou je inderdaad een mooi uitzichthebben nu kijk je naar struiken en de over buren. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 een soort woonkamer met een bankje voor 2 personen!! Huisje is voor 6!!! Er staat een tafel voor 4 in een donkere hal Een plus punt het is schoon daar is dan ook alles mee gezegd

Einfach schön

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter; Wir waren zu viert da - Betten gibts für bis zu sechs Personen, dann wird es in der Küche allerdings eng. Macht aber nichts, da man auf die wunderschöne Terrasse ausweichen kann. Ganz ruhige Lage am Hang in einem ganz ruhigen Städtchen

Jederzeit wieder

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) waren für fünf Tage in Niedenstein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine großzügige Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem tollen, modernen Bad, Küche und toller Terrasse. Der Garten ist mit viel Liebe angelegt. Täglicher Brötchenservice und jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Wohnung schön groß und wie auf der Website beschrieben. Garten und Terrasse herrlich ! Und das Wetter hat auch gepasst. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit !

Sehr schöne Fewo bei liebenswürdiger Familie

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung nahe Kassel verbracht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im unteren Geschoss und ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Schon der erste Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Auf Extrawünsche wurde sehr zuvorkommend reagiert. Wir wurden täglich mit frischen Brötchen versorgt und durften sogar hausgemachte Marmelade genießen. Am Ankunftstag war es noch etwas fußkalt aber mit Badelatschen war das kein Problem und am nächsten Tag brauchte man selbst diese nicht mehr. In dem größten Zimmer befindet sich eine kleine Sitzecke mit Flachbildfernseher. Leider konnten wir die schöne überdachte Terrasse nicht wirklich nutzen, da es einfach zu kühl war. Kassel, wilhelmshöhe, und Edertalsperre sind mit dem Auto in 30-45 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Good times in NIedenstein

We (2 parents amd 2 children 3 and 5 years) had a very good time in the house. Quiet environment in North Hessen. Good walking opportunities and nice cities. The house had a magnificent playing spot for the children in the garden.

Schönes relaxtes Feriendomizil

Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war komfortabel, sehr sauber und schön. Die Terrasse mit Gartenbenutzung wunderbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kamen sogar in den Genuss des Brötchenservices, obwohl er nicht explizit erwähnt ist.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Lage (Langschaft). Es ist ein sehr schöne,große und gemüdliche Wohnung. Schöne Wohnung in herrlicher Lage

Sehr nette Vermieter; sie haben uns zum Frühstück sogar Brötchen mitgebracht. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse mit Bachlauf. Geräumige modern ausgestattete Zimmer. Herrliche Umgebung mit schöner Aussicht.
