Northcoast village is in between the harbor and the pier. The complex is on the beach no
crosswalks or streets to cross just walk out of the complex on to the beach. You are 10 min complex has no central ac I do have many fans and 2 portable coolers for each room.

This unit is E100 completely remodeled in 2008. Granite counters in kitchen & bath, 50 in plasma Smart TV in family room and separate tv in master bedroom FREE HBO Channels, and, wood floors, beautiful ocean views and pool view, boogie boards, skin boards, towels, umbrella, chairs, sand toys, leather sofa which has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Stainless steel appliances. Table with 4 chairs, refrig with water & ice maker microwave, stove & oven.

The complex does not have or allowed central ac I do have 2 portable coolers and many fans and ceiling fans with an ocean breeze for summer. Cold nights beautiful fireplace and 2 wall heaters.

Fabulous ocean view condo!

We stayed for 5 nights and there was so much to do nearby within walking distance. Ride share taxis were easy if we wanted to go farther and avoid driving. Bed is very comfy and unit was clean and had everything we could possibly need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Lovely

Ocean view was lovely and the sound of the waves was so nice. Also enjoyed the sounds of the activity in the pool. We used the spa and the putting green. Thanks for a relaxing, comfortable stay.

Very good location in Oceanside

Very nice condo with sight of ocean on balcony. Good size for 2 people. Fireplace cozy on cool nights. Kitchen is well equipped. Condo has easy access to elevator, parking garage and pool/courtyard areas

Very clean and comfortable

Condo was very clean. The bed and other furniture were very comfortable. The host Danielle was easy to deal with as we had to change our dates from the original reservation. She responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again

Oceanside is laid back

We enjoyed our weekend stay in Oceanside. Much different vibe than the east coast which is good! Check out the marina's coffee shop nautical bean!

Summer vacation

My family stayed at this condo for a week & it was wonderful! Danielle is very responsive. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. There is a pull out sofa bed & an ottoman that folds out into a twin bed. Plenty of room for my teenage boys to sleep. The bedroom has a king size adjustable bed. There are a lot of things to take to the beach including 4 chairs, blanket, 2 umbrellas, toys, paddle ball, & towels. There is a great view of the ocean from the balcony & it also overlooks the pool. The unit is conveniently located right off the stairwell, parking garage, laundry room & trash chute. We have stayed at this complex multiple times & I would stay in this unit again. We had a wonderful vacation!

Great unit in a perfect location!

Unit was very nice! Updated and clean. Fold out couch and beds are perfect for kids or teenagers. Property manager is awesome! Responds very quickly and took great care of us. Nice view of the pool and beach. Highly recommend!

Amazing location

This location was amazing. The location was perfectly place by the beach and harbor without being an inconvenience for our stroller. It was easy access to the car parking as well as pool and laundry if needed. The condo had everything we could have needed and extras.

Perfect spot

Very clean with a lot of extras. Everything you need for the beach. The bed is super comfortable. Room is right off the elevator and next to laundry, the pool/hot tub. Ocean view was so beautiful, we left the patio door open to hear the ocean at night. Host was responsive and friendly. Great experience!

Great stay and lots of extras

So many little extras in this Vrbo, like a beach wagon, ottomans that fold into twin beds (plus memory foam bed rolls), an amazing view and snacks and drinks left by the host. I would definitely have extended my stay here if it was available, and will look for it the next time I’m in Oceanside.

Second time staying here

We came last year for my birthday and loved it so much that wanted to come back. There's so for the kids to do and walking distance to the beach, pier and harbor. Our family really enjoyed the pool, the fish pond and the mini golf. We will definitely be coming back sometime in the near future.

Great Oceanside Condo

Loved this location. My thing is hanging on the beach and this condo was perfect. Just a short walk to total relaxation on a friendly beach. Danielle is so easy to communicate with and very personable!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Great visit for Papa

I booked this room for my dad so he could celebrate his 80th birthday. We contacted Danielle before we booked to make sure there were not to many stairs- she said there were elevators available and she was right! Our assigned parking spot was close to the elevator, which was close to the room! Thumbs up. The condo was cute and clean, had an awesome view of the pool, grounds, and ocean. We brought my two young kids to visit, loved the pool (my absolute only complaint was no pool toys or floaties- which was regulated by the grounds guards) and didn’t take advantage of the putting green, but we’ll try it out next time! We loved the grounds, we fun feeding koi in the koi pond with fish food provided in a 25cent dispenser. What a bargain! I contacted Danielle once during the stay and she was responsive and helpful. The location was great, close to the harbor, beach, and downtown. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will visit again if we can!

Perfect location for family fun!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location and condo were perfectly suited for our family of 4 with a 4 year old and an infant. They had everything we needed from a play yard for the baby to all the fun accessories for time at the beach. Danielle was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The pool is great! (though it can be a little loud in the evening just be prepared if putting kids to bed early but if you close the windows it’s not a problem). You really can see and hear the ocean from the balcony which is wonderful. It was super easy to get to attracts like the San Diego Zoo and Wildlife park. Highly recommend for a family vacation you won’t forget!

We fell in love with this property because of the location of the unit and the view we had from our balcony. We love to sit out on the balcony and see over the beautiful pool and the ocean. We completely remodeled our unit we love the bamboo floors and the sounds of the waves from our unit.
