About this property

2 Condos! City View 5 & 6 - Beautiful night views!

City View 5 and 6 are updated 3 bed 2 bath family condos right next door to each other (about 6 feet apart). City View is in the perfect location, with an amazing view of the Branson mountains, the Branson strip, and especially the lights from the Bigfoot attraction and the Branson Ferris wheel, with it's award winning light show.

Listing and price is for both condos together.

The location is great for everything you would want to do in Branson. Table Rock Lake (2 miles), Branson Strip (1.5 miles), Silver Dollar City (4.5 Miles), and about 5 minutes to Moonshine Beach and 10 minutes to State Park marina.

This condos can sleep up to 9 guests each (18 total). Our guest amenities include access to the community pool during the summer. After a busy day enjoying some swim time in the on site pool, boating on the lake, riding roller coasters, or any other of the many activities Branson has to offer, relax on the private back deck with a drink and soak in the view of the city lights.

The HOA does not allow boats, trailers, and rvs at the complex.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS IN EACH CONDO:

Master bedroom - King size bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 - Twin bed top bunk - full bed lower bunk (Sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3 - King size bed (Sleeps 2)
Living Room - Queen Sofa Bed (Sleeps 2)
All linens and towels are provided.

These condos have been updated with all new floors, bathrooms, and kitchens. Each bedroom has it's own tv and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs.

City View is a great place to crash after a full day of activities, or to simply relax and hang out.

The rental agreement that will be emailed after booking MUST be sign or your stay is forfeited

Branson trip

Overall our stay was great. Some updating and minor up keep is needed. A previous visitor had left a belt in a bedroom on the twin bed ladder. But our stay was fun and our family enjoyed the spacious areas.

Anniversary celebration

Since we had 11 members of our family, vacationing together, we needed this type of an arrangement. It worked very well having extra bathrooms, and the two kitchens to accommodate all of us. Whenever we had a question or a need, Samuel was very quick to take care of it. The location worked out well for us because we were away from the city, but close enough to get wherever we needed or wanted.

Family Vacay

The stay was wonderful! Close to everything we wanted to do! We had two children under 2 and we noticed the floors were not cleaned so we did buy a swiffer and clean the floors which helped a lot. The units were equipped with everything we needed.

Family Vacation

The location was so perfect, close to everything! We have a HUGE family (15 of us) and the condos were perfect to hold us all, plenty of space! Kitchen was stocked well for cooking, beds were very comfy! Sam, the owner was great to work with! The Condos were decorated nicely too! I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the floors were pretty sticky when we arrived, and it would have been nice to have a few more cleaning supplies, but, this did not ruin our trip! I would absolutely stay again. Thanks for a comfy place to stay so we could enjoy our vacation!

Perfect for our family

Wonderful stay!!

The condos were just as the pictures showed. Everything was clean and the beds slept very good. There was a small issue with water pressure in one of the condos. Sam got right on it and it was fixed promptly.
