Lovely and convenient

The apartment is very nice and communication with the owner was exceptional. Location is very close to the stadium which is what we wanted. The neighborhood has very active nightlife so it is loud so be prepared. Lots of great restaurants and accesss to shops.

emplacement idéal pour se rendre au vélodrome à l'occasion d'un concert

Appartement très fonctionnel, correspondant au descriptif de l'annonce, très bien situé pour se rendre à un concert au stade vélodrome et d'accès facile en provenance de la gare Saint Charles. Très bonne communication avec Malaurie. Nous le recommandons.

Super WE !

Nous avons passé un excellent WE dans l'appartement de Malaurie. Nous étions là pour le concert de Beyonce et le logement est vraiment idéalement situé, à 2min du vélodrome, près d'une station de métro pour celles et ceux qui arrivent par le train. L'appartement est très bien équipé, un joli balcon et que dire du magnifique rooftop au 31 ème étage avec vu 360° sur tout Marseille! Malaurie est très sympa et nous a transmis plein de bonnes adresses,que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de toutes tester^^, mais nous reviendrons!!

Excellent séjour dans un bel appartement tout confort, avec la piscine en haut de l'immeuble très appréciable en fin de journée ! Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, parfait !
