Le Laponneraye
Located in the beautiful Prébendes district, this studio will delight you for your stay in Tours.
The main room has a comfortable double bed for a good night's sleep, a TV corner and also a desk if you need to work (WiFi connection available) :)
You will have everything you need to cook in the kitchen area separate from the main room (hotplates, fridge, Senséo coffee maker, microwave).
Finally, the bathroom has a shower and toilet.
For your comfort, everything is included in the cleaning fee. Sheets and towels are at your disposal so that you can travel light!
Arrivals and departures are done independently via key box.

The studio is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.
You will find free parking spaces on the street.
You can do everything on foot or by public transport (bus 5 minutes walk).
Tours train station is located 15 minutes walk.
