appartement très bien mais

L'appartement est très bien, fonctionnel, propre, très bien situé. Par contre, on reserve sur abritel, mais derrière c'est pophollidays qui lui même sous-traite à une agence locale la gestion sur place. Concernant l'agence sur place, c'est la première fois que je voies cela: elle ne fait pas l'état des lieux de sortie avec locataire. Au final, nous n'avons pas eu de problème (chèque de caution + caution ménage bien renvoyé quelques semaines plus tard) mais pour autant je trouve cela assez limite. D'autant plus, qu'il n'y a pas, non plus, d'état des lieux d'entrée avec le locataire. Par contre, en entrant, vous avez 2 jours pour déclarer un problème sur l'état des lieux d'entrée. Ca pose questions...
