South facing Sunshine Alley is a bright and sparkling clean 2 king bedroom / 2 bath beautifully decorated home perfect for a solo person, 2 couples or a small family seeking a mountain retreat, any season! Located on the outskirts of this charming historic downtown, close enough to walk to enjoy dinner out, browsing the shops, relaxing at a coffee shop.
This space include 4 Townie bikes (summer only) so you can walk or bike to CB's most popular trails, grocery store or town. No car needed! During the winter months we provide 4 pairs of snowshoes and the bus (one block away) can take you to downtown or up to the ski mountain.
Equipped with a gas grill (summer only), fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and reliable hi-speed internet. Let this be your home away from home for a quick getaway or extended stay.
This home is the rear half of a duplex house. Complete privacy w/ private parking and entry with a fully enclosed yard. Please note that Crested Butte, like many Colorado mountain towns is experiencing exciting growth. And in town location sometimes comes with disturbance from construction vehicles or nearby barking dogs. Our house is usually very quiet, but please be aware of the growth around us and exercise patience when necessary.

Originally from the Northeast, we currently live in Crested Butte CO. Ralph owns restaurants in Manhattan and Dina is a yoga teacher and life/health coach. We have a son in his early 20's who is a paramedic in Denver and worked as an EMT in Crested Butte since he was 16. We love to travel and are mature and responsible guests as well as caring owners and hosts.
