Between Blanes (Costa Brava, about 5km) and Tordera (Maresme, about 3km) you will find your dream holiday home - the CASA MIRADOR - with large private pool.

In a few minutes you are on the beautiful sandy beaches of Blanes or Lloret.

The detached house - on a 1000 sqm large garden property - has been completely renovated and modernized, 2013.
The CASA MIRADOR located on a ridge in the heart of the urbanization 'Mas Mora'.
You have an incredible panoramic view of the surrounding terrace. The sea and Blanes with its beaches at your feet. The mountains of 'Montseny' and the pine and cork oak forests are shown in the other direction. The fireworks that lit up the night sky over Blanes in summer light are to admire from here perfectly.

Down the hall you reach the living / dining room with kitchen and fireplace, the first Shower room and to the 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with bunk beds - there is also an extra bed for a 7th be placed person).
All rooms (except the room with the bunk beds) have direct access to the surrounding terrace.
The laundry room and a second shower located near the pool on the lower level.

The pool (7.5 x 4 m) is surrounded by a stone terrace with sunbeds. Furthermore, there is a pergola with table and chairs by the pool. A small outdoor plan kitchen is located under the house and also a table tennis table. Toys for children, there are also.

Dogs are welcome and stay free with us.
Extensive hiking trails with great views are within a few minutes. A restaurant is located very close.

Sehr schönes Haus mit netten Vermieter

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Frau Schütz ( die Vermieterin) hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und uns mit den notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Das Haus ist in einem grandiosen Zustand mit einem tollen Ausblick aus Lloret de Mare.

Haus mit atemberaubendem Meerblick

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub nur leider zu kurz. Der einladende Pool und das tolle Haus mit seiner liebevollen Innenausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Die Gastgeber haben sich seit unserer Ankunft rührend um uns gekümmert und wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge etc. gegeben. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und nächstes Mal mehr Zeit mitbringen.

Sehr großzügiges Haus mit allen was man benötigt

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Uns erwartete ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Alles was sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Leider war das zweite Bad nur von außen zugänglich und die bellenden Hunde sowie die Bodega in der Nachbarschaft haben nicht gerade zur erhofften Ruhe beigetragen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und kommunikativ. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit besagten Abstrichen.

Beau séjour en Espagne

Très bon souvenir de cette maison de vacances : pièce à vivre très agréable avec balcon immense et vue sur le jardin,piscine et la mer au loin. Maison très confortable et bien équipée .Tous les repas pris dans le jardin : c'est vraiment la maison estivale idéale.

Urlaub Costa Brava

Wir waren sehr zufrieden , es hat uns super in dem Haus gefallen , man hatte alles was man so braucht und noch mehr 😊tolle Vermieter die einem super empfangen haben, tolle Absprachen , wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt . Pool Super und in der Nähe schöne ausflugsmöglichkeiten , Auto ist erforderlich und man parkt direkt auf dem Grundstück. Alles in allem ein runder Urlaub , gerne mal wieder 👍

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und es wurde alles bereitgestellt, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub nötig ist. Sowohl der Pool als auch der Garten laden zum Entspannen ein. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wichtig ist nur, dass man unbedingt ein Auto benötigt, da sich das Haus in einem reinen Wohngebiet befindet.

Nice place to be

Maison confortable offrant tous les services, avec différentes zones de relaxation et de détente. Accès rapide vers Blanes plage où les plages de la côte. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la vue de la terrasse !

Bon séjour

La maison se situe dans une région où il fait bon vivre même en automne. La maison est très propre, joliment décorée, le terrain est bien arboré. Kathrin est très communicante et agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, même si nous aurions préféré le décaler à cause du Covid. Je recommande cette propriété 👍

Great relaxing stay for families

We stayed for 10 nights, a couple with a 15 month old, plus a set of grandparents. The house had absolutely everything we could want for our stay, we didn't lack for anything. The baby had plenty of space to run around and explore. The swimming pool was lovely. The ping pong table was put to good use. Lots of spaces to sit, have a coffee, and enjoy the fantastic views to the sea. The area is quite hilly, we used a car to go to the nearest supermarket, a 7 min drive away. Communication with the host with perfect, she was a very kind and generous host and always available over Whatsapp for any questions. Would repeat without hesitation!

Incredible

The house is just amazing! Everything is perfect! Very relaxing place! The pool is so nice as well as all the rooms of the house, all of them very well decorated which makes you feel at home. I will go back for sure! Kathrin is a great host and an adorable person. Thank you so much for these amazing days!

Tolles Haus

Maison casa Mirador excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la casa Mirador. Situé dans une ville calme idéale pour profiter de vacances reposantes en famille. Une maison fonctionnelle décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Spacieuse avec piscine au grand plaisir des petits et grands. Proche de tout (centre ville). En plus de ça nous avons fait connaissance de la propriétaire Kathrin . Une merveilleuse personne qui vous accueille chaleureusement. Sans aucune hésitation nous y retournerons avec un grand plaisir. Merci Kathrin.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Unsere Erwartungen an das Objekt sind vollumfänglich erfüllt worden. Die Vermieter (Danke noch einmal für die tolle Begrüßung, Begleitung und die vielen Tipps) achten sehr auf Details und halten das Objekt in einem super Zustand. Das Objekt selber liegt in einem Wohngebiet. Wer eine reine Ferienhauslandschaft erwartet, ist hier sicher falsch. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Haus bzw. werden gerne auch andere Objekte von Fam. Schütz buchen. Das ist aber abhängig davon wer aus meiner Familie mitfahren möchte. Radler sollten sich die Radwegeinfrastruktur in der Umgebung im Vorfeld ansehen. Auch liegt diese Objekt auch nicht im Tal. Für den einen oder anderen ist die Anhöhe sicher eine Herausforderung. Wir waren sehr traurig das unser Urlaub in diesem schönen und funktionellem Objekt so schnell zu Ende war.

Super séjour

Très belle propriété bien entretenu. Nous avons adoré les extérieurs où il y a de nombreux endroits où s'installer (soleil ou ombre), la piscine est top. Le petit plus est la table de ping-pong. La maison est fonctionnelle et très propre, tout est à notre disposition pour un bon séjour. Gunter nous a donné de supers conseils (resto, marché ...) Si nous devons retourner en Catalogne, nous retournerons dans cette villa bien volontiers.

Sehr gepflegtes und Modernes Haus mit grandioser Außenanlage

Wir wurden bei unserer Anreise sehr Herzlich von Herrn Schütz empfangen. Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit einer grandiosen Außenanlage erwartete uns. Sowohl der Pool als auch der restliche Garten laden zum relaxen ein. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Im September wurden wir 4 und unser Hund Coco sehr herzlich von Kathrin und Günter empfangen und durften 2 wundervolle Wochen in ihrem Ferienhaus verbringen. Vom ersten Augenblick an haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt, was bei der Ausstattung des Hauses nicht schwer fiel. Nicht nur, dass einfach alles vorhanden war, was man braucht, es war auch alles in einwandfreiem und gepflegtem Zustand. Wir haben den traumhaften Ausblick vom Haus aus und die Ruhe abseits vom Trubel sehr genossen. Die Fotos und die Objektbeschreibungen halten, was sie versprechen! Ein Auto ist hier jedoch sehr empfehlenswert. Mit dem Hund haben wir viele tolle Spaziergänge / Wanderungen durch die Berge und zur Küste unternommen. So konnten wir die Costa Brava einmal von einer ganz anderen Seite kennen lernen. Barcelona lässt siche bequem mit dem Zug von Blanes aus erreichen und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten (Girona Altstadt, Cadaques, Montserrat, etc.) warten darauf von hier aus erkundet zu werden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Traum-Ferienhaus

Bereits zum 5. Mal haben wir unseren Urlaub in der Casa Mirador verbracht und wurden wie immer sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen, die immer uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen, wenn wir Hilfe benötigen. Unser Urlaub beginnt ab der 1. Minute, wenn wir den wunderschönen Aussblick rund um das Haus genießen. Der Zustand des Hauses ist sehr sauber und modern, mit viel Geschmack und perfekt praktisch ausgestattet. Empfehlen kann man auch die Bodega, die auf derselben Straße liegt, um direkt in der Nähe essen zu gehen. Dort ist es sehr familiär, gemütlich und vor allem schmeckt es dort immer gut:) wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder empfehlen, wir haben auch schon wieder für 2019 gebucht.

Wieder mal ein toller Urlaub!

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir jetzt ein Ferienhaus der Familie Schütz gebucht und wieder war es einfach klasse. Wir sind zu viert gereist (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) plus unsere beiden kleinen Hunde. Alles ist mindestens genauso wie beschrieben oder besser. Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und die große Küche fanden wir prima. Da das Grundstück rundherum eingezäunt ist, kann man die Hunde auch ganz entspannt laufen lassen. Mit dem Auto lassen sich die nächsten Städte, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Sehr von Vorteil ist, dass man mit Familie Schütz nicht nur einen netten und hilfsbereiten, sondern auch deutschsprachigen Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat. Sollte es uns nächstes Jahr wieder an die Costa Brava verschlagen, dann mit Sicherheit wieder ein Haus der Familie Schütz!

Nice neighborhood and great views

The house is really nice and well equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There's multiple outdoor spaces to relax, and a nice and cheap bodega on the same street. Last but not least, Kathrin and Günter were perfect hosts, and gave us good advices about the restaurants and activities in the area.
