Great Stay

My family and I had a great time staying here. It was very clean, the views were great, and the beach and pools were very clean and easily accessible. Would definitely stay again!

Annual Flora Bama Vacation

Great views with a wraparound balcony, pool, beach etc. Tons of fun stuff to do. Great restaurant's, Aviation Museum, Light house, USS Alabama battleship in Mobile Alabama. The Scenic 98 drive on the way there was beautiful. Lots to do and a great time had by all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the condos are well insulated so we heard no noise. The view was amazing, and the beach was clean and uncrowded. We had a very relaxing week!

Fantastic

It was amazing! We had a great trip. The condo itself is sooooo comfortable. The only thing we had a hiccup with was check in. The front desk people just checked us in, gave us parking passes and forgot to mention that we couldn’t get into the condo until 3PM! So we tried for 15 min getting in and locked ourselves out! Management company was quick to help, so not truly a big deal in the grand scheme. All in all 10/10 rating for this condo! We will be back!

Good condo, horrible mattress in master bedroom

The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It is completely worn out on one side. So bad that it feels like you are laying on a slope. Very uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch.

Perfect!

Beautiful condo! Corner unit has extra balcony at front of building for afternoon sun. Chairs/foot rests on balconies were very comfy. Stunning quality furniture and classy decor. Had everything we needed for our stay. No issues with anything at all. Most importantly, the beds were incredibly comfortable. There’s nothing worse than spending a vacation unable to sleep or with a sore back because of cheap or worn out mattresses. These were all AMAZING! The only suggestion could be having a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella to use. We didn’t mind paying $50 at the beach for an entire day, but sometimes we just wanted to go for a couple of hours, so chairs and an umbrella would have been great! But it was NOT a deal breaker. We LOVED this unit and will stay again when we return to the area. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous condo with us!

Condo was great. We loved being on the top floor in the corner unit. Views were amazing. There was a great breeze blowing. Furniture on the balcony was perfect for relaxing and visiting family.

Orange Beach Vacation

The condo was just as described. It was very nice, and we had a great stay. The property has many amenities. The beach access was awesome. The only down side is that since the condo is on the top floor it took us over 30 minutes to catch an elevator down the day we left. I would suggest if you stay here to pack up/ load up the night before or super early the day of departure. Also, the lobby is on the inside of the building, but when you leave the lobby and ride up, the top floor it is not enclosed. So you are waiting for the elevator in the heat, which is not an issue when you can get on the elevator quickly. The other drawback is that they only give you one trash bag, one paper towel, ect. This is stated in the description so make sure you bring extra of those things with you. The elevator issue is why I did not rate the overall stay 5 stars.

Had a great time. Found a walk up bar along the beach nearby. Best restaurant on the island a walk away (LA Lagniappe) with great live music while at the bar across the parking lot waiting for our table. Everything we needed in the condo. The ice machine was full on arrival (needed that first cold drink after the drive). Beautiful view from our corner just not the sunset. Great patio furniture for the balcony, CR Plastics, same as home. Awesome main shower! Huge! Everything in working order. The left sink drain in the main bathroom needs to be cleared. Only complaint is that given the amount of money spent for one family a single parking spot should be included. It just comes off cheap when you spend this kind of money.

Great Stay for Daughter's Graduation

The condo was clean,. The couches were so comfy many took a nap on them. The kitchen had everything needed took cook breakfast and lunch. We went out for dinner to the many restaurants. The beds were so soft. The view of course was incredible. All the family were happy and miss it. We will be coming back!

The layout is great and the condo is clean! Wonderful view from the balcony, top floor of the building makes for a lovely breeze to relax after a long day of relaxing at the beach! 😉 I will say, the master bed and guest bed #3 were quite elevated, I would be concerned an elderly person (or a person with difficulties with mobility) would struggle climbing in and out but otherwise I wouldn’t change anything!

Condo

Condo was great, there was mouse droppings around the washer and dryer. Don’t like that maintenance just comes in whenever - happened twice both times I was out on the balcony: first time I went in and noticed lights on that we didn’t turn on and an odd door open - they had came in to change the air filter to the air conditioner. Second time, sitting on balcony and look up and there is a man standing at the balcony door, scared me to death, jump up he opens the door to tell me why he’s there and another man comes down the hallway - they had already been in the bedroom where I was sleeping, moved clothes off the bed and was looking at it - my purse was in there the whole time - no idea how long they had actually been in there. Can maintenance not be done before people come into stay? Can’t check in till 3 and have to be out by 10
