🥨 The cottage "La Petite Venise" is located on the first floor of an Alsatian house full of charm and authenticity (alcoves, half-timbering, woodwork,...) in the very center of the old town and the historic center of the very pretty town of Colmar.

👥 It can accommodate two adults and two children.
🏠This charming apartment completely renovated, modern and cosy is equipped with a bathroom with shower 🚿, a small equipped kitchen 🍽️ (oven, hob and fridge), a washing machine, a living area with a sofa bed 160 cm 🛋️, a flat screen TV, wifi and a spacious bedroom with a 140 cm double bed 🛏️.

The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator.

🛍️This ideal location will make you travel for a weekend or during a longer stay in the heart of Alsace and its traditions, and will invite you to discover the alleys of Colmar and its little Venice, as well than the Christmas markets which we no longer have to make the reputation. Around this magnificent city, you can let yourself live to the rhythm of the wine route and its gastronomy, its great wines and its many Alsatian villages.

🚘 Are you coming by car? The Montagne Verte and Rapp public car parks are the closest. You also have the possibility of finding a place in the neighboring streets, with on-street parking, it is chargeable (meter or application) from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. except on Sundays and public holidays.
🅿️ The accommodation is in the pedestrian zone during certain events (Christmas markets, ...) in downtown Colmar. A pay-per-use on-street parking zone is available nearby.
🅿️ The Montagne Verte public car park is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of charging an electric car).
🅿️ The Rapp public car park is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 900 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m15, possibility of electric car charging).
🅿️ You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 800m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate from €12 per night, per place.
🚲 You have the possibility to reserve a location in a secure bike room in a neighboring building (800m away).

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.

Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. . If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
