Non Smoking-Rustic Suite, Outside The Heart Of Upper Michigan-Escanaba

Quaint 422 square feet has everything you need for a stay in the U.P. Newly renovated 1 bedroom suite, with day bed in the living room and trundle bed, can sleep 4 people (1 full mattress, 2 twin mattresses). This unit is non smoking only. Large yard with circle drive can accommodate multiple vehicles with trailers/boats. This property sits across the road from Lake Michigan and is 1.5 miles past the airport, minutes from the Ford River, Whitefish River, Escanaba River and Cedar River. This suite is located in a building with two other apartments which are rented. Located off of Hwy M-35, there is some traffic noise, however it is relatively quiet. 20 mile drive to the Island Resort and Casino.

Weekend in Escanaba

Fantastic find! Was a comfy and cozy stay. Property was quiet, well kept, and just as described. Necessities provided, had everything you’d need. Only a couple minutes out of Escanaba but had a peaceful, out of town feel. And definitely can’t beat the view!

Great Spot

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. This little gem was better than the photos. I had a question about a nearby beach and received a response in less than 30 minutes. I will keep this on my list of great places to stay.

Little cottage.

Everything was good but was hard to find the place. There is a pole with big ball, this should be a land mark. Is a nice place and the best thing is pet friendly. ttheplacetheasilyshould land mark to find the place easily.

This cute little cottage was one of our stops on our Lake Michigan Circle Tour. The cottage was everything we expected. Cute, clean and comfortable.

Quiet and Clean

Wonderful little place, quiet and clean. Very clean. Would recommend a bigger bed though. Can not sleep 2 adults in either bed option comfortably. Also plan on 1hr of travel to see anything worth while in the UP. This is not a knock on the place. We didn’t research the area enough. Still a great stay and nice place.

Nice place

The property was nice, very clean, and we had all we needed. It did get a little warm at times. The biggest thing to consider is the location. It's easy to get to but it's right off the major road so there is a ton of road noise. But other than that, it's a nice place and would stay there again.

The stay was everything we were hoping for and worked great for our weekend way. The property manager provided maps and information about the area, clear and detailed information for our stay, and the property was very clean. The location was perfect, close to everything while still being just out of town enough to not have all of the noises. We would happily stay here again!

Anniversary get away

Great cozy litle place justboutside of Escanaba. Close to good fishing, and other local attractions. we love to hike and explore and there was lots to do for day trips in the area with our dogs. Access to a fire pit to hang pit around after our daily adventures was good to have. Cabin was clean with all the comforts of home(wifi, keurig, kitchenette)

Great homebase for sight seeing

The property was exactly what I was looking for, a clean affordable place to stay while my wife and I explored the eastern upper peninsula to see the beautiful fall colors. The only complaint I had was that the furniture was not comfortable, but I didn't spend too much time sitting around so it was not a huge problem. A nice surprise was catching a peek of the sunrise coming up over the lake across the street.
