Large, 3100 sqft, 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath & 1 step access!

Breathtaking views all year long high in the Massanutten Resort. WiFi, Cable TV, NETFLIX, Ping Pong, Pool, Bumper Pool Table, Poker Table, Fireplace with Stone Hearth, Gas Grill, Books, Movies, Family Board Games, CD Players and much more.

Relax on the spacious back deck. Snuggle up with your favorite book. Host a game night in the family/entertainment room. Watch a movie together on one of the large smart TVs. Be sure and get up early to enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the back deck. And after a day of adventure wind down with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. There is so much to do to make this a vacation to remember.

The main level starts with three (3) bedrooms, two (2) full baths, living room, dining room & kitchen.

Downstairs there are two (2) bedrooms, two (2) full baths and large family room.

A deck on each level with views of the Massanutten mountain, the Shenandoah valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains!

Home Layout: Entry level - dining room with fireplace, well-stocked kitchen and living room with fantastic views! Comfy wrap-around couch, large flat-screen TV with Netflix, DVD player and WIFI.

Master bedroom #1 has mountain views and separate access to the back deck, king bed, flat screen cable TV, full bathroom with tub/shower.

Master bedroom #2 has views of the mountains and separate access to the back deck, queen bed, and a full bathroom with tub/shower.

Bedroom #3 has a double bed, cable TV with DVD player. This room shares a bathroom with Master bedroom #1.

Downstairs: Family/entertainment room with a queen futon, large flat-screen smart TV with NETLIX, blue-ray player, ping pong table, poker game table, bumper pool table. Access to lower level covered porch.

Bedroom #4 has views of the mountains, cable TV, a queen bed and full bathroom with tub/shower.

Bedroom #5 (Bunk Room) has two (2) pyramid bunk beds (twin over double) and a twin bunk bed, cable TV, stereo and a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Separate billiards room located downstairs.

Perfect all around!

We had a beautiful winter weekend at Kettle View Lodge. The views from this home are truly breath taking. We were lucky enough to get some snow while we were there that enhanced the winter views all the more...

Perfect holiday getaway

We stayed with our 30 something kids and three grandchildren under the age of three. It was the perfect bedroom arrangement for everyone. The view was spectacular, and the property owners could not have been more gracious and helpful and responsive! Highly recommend!

Beautiful views, relaxing stay, accommodating host!

April's place was perfect! My friends and I are JMU alumni that wanted to return to the area for the weekend. The house had a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of beds for all of us. We enjoyed the porches and the views especially. We would definitely stay again!

The house certainly met all our needs. Sitting on the back you could see the ski slopes. They were making snow and several deer were grazing behind the house.

Making memories in Massanuttin

We did a family vacation at Kettle View Lodge. 7 adults and 4 children between 2 & 6. The home was lovely, the views were spectacular and our hosts were quick to respond with any question or needs. The resort in itself has a lot to offer but we had plenty to do at the house with the game room and decks. Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to the atea

Family Friends Trip

Three families with 6 adults and 7 kids stayed at the house for four nights. It was everything we needed and wanted. The bunk room is huge with a common space beside it for movie watching. The main level is spacious but not massive so it gives a comfortable cozy feeling. The view is unbeatable! The hosts were so friendly, quick to respond and helpful. The driveway is big enough to park cars side by side and they don’t bottom out like so many mountain side driveways. We would definitely come back if we ever wanted to explore Shenandoah Park or JMU again.

The views from the family room and back decks are second to none. The sunrise is great! And the hosts April and Paul are so responsive and caring. I really enjoyed the stay here. I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay! We had plenty of room, everything we needed, and the owners were communicative and helpful. The two decks in the back both had beautiful views. We had some rain the week we stayed, and especially appreciated that the lower deck stays dry so we could still sit outside. It is close to fun activities for the kids, hiking and restaurants. Comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect - great views of the mountains and the slopes! Lots of indoor and outdoor space; driveway and garage were great - parking for several vehicles was no issue. Owners were easy to reach and did a great job keeping us informed when snow threatened to delay our check in. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

New year’s getaway

This house was the perfect escape and change of scenery to close out 2020. Our boys loved the ping pong table and bunk beds, the property was so well stocked for visitors, and we loved checking out the deer daily and walking around the Massanutten grounds each day.

Wonderful Family Ski Weekend

This mountain home is fantastic! Eleven of us, 3 generations (ages 7 to 62 ), had an amazing time. Close to all resort activities, yet you feel as if you are in the clouds. This home has everything you need and the layout is perfect for gathering yet proudes privacy and space. Can’t wait to return!!!

Wonderful home with breath taking views

We had an incredible time at the kettle view lodge! The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great trip. There’s so much to do in the house you don’t even need to leave to have a great time! If you want more adventure the home is located within massanutten so there is easy access to activities. We enjoyed being able to hear the concerts from the deck in the evenings. Being on a resort you are not completely secluded, but this wasn’t an issue for us and we wanted the convenience of being close to activities and we had quiet neighbors. We loved our stay here and hope to return!
