You will have an area of 110 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 1 living / dining room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 terrace and 1 garden with views of the mountains. Equipped with: Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. You will be welcomed in this accommodation with bed linen and bath sheets.
We are discreet people but we stay available during all your stay.

* Train station ( SNCF) at 12km in Annecy and then possibility to have bus services.
* Bus stop at 100 meters from the apartment ( line 61 Annecy-Talloires).

* Ski station such as Seythnex/La Sambuy 19km ( 7 ski lifts), cross country ( 20km of ski slope), shops with rental access equipments, ski school or La Clusaz 25km (30mn) (40 ski lifts, 70km of ski slope), ski station for the beginners in Mountain at 11km (2 ski lifts).
* Tennis courts at 2km, fishing in the lake at 1km
* Supervised beaches
*Waterfall of Angon at 2km
* Paraglider at the Col de la Forclaz in 8km, paraglider base in Perroix at 800 meters.
* Aerial adventure in Planfait at 8km.
* Golf 18 holes in Talloires at 200 meters.
