Great place

The neighborhood is good. My son lives .5 mi from it so perfect location for me. It is on a major road in Dyersburg and close to a major intersection. I was aware in advance and it's not a real big deal. I was able to turn around in the very wide driveway and park headed out. It's a nice place and convenient. Love that the old style decor was still in the bathrooms. I definitely would choose it again.

Not the best

It was not very clean; obvious they mopped in the center of the bathrooms but not next to walls; the shower door track had mold. Things needed dusting ; light fixtures, etc. We killed several spiders. The Kuerig still had water in the reserve(not healthy). There was only one (1) smoke detector in the house and it was in a bedroom. The front and back steps are in need of hand rails. We did not cook or eat there.

What we needed

We were in town for my nieces wedding and needed a place near there home and the wedding venue. This property fit the criteria. Since my husband and I were traveling with my father, the two bedroom, two bathroom set up worked well. We also appreciated the fenced in back yard since our dog was with us. The only thing that could have been better was there was a strong musty smell throughout the home.

Dyersburg Vacation

Both toilet seats broken, sink in one bathroom has drainage problem, both beds not in good shape, cigarette smoke! It was in a great location, yard and house was clean.

Great stay in Dyersburg

My husband, myself and my daughter and husband stayed for 3 nights. House was VERY clean and layout was fantastic with each of the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms located at opposite ends of the common space. The Park located a short distance away was great for morning walks.

All and all a great stay. The dogs loved the fenced in backyards. It was close to lots of food options. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and warm. Definitely a good value.

Family Duck Hunt

We stayed for a duck hunt with our teenagers. We had myself, my husband, our 2 teenagers, our 4 year old, and my grandma. The house was close to everything we needed and plenty big enough. We enjoyed the bonus room as well as the back yard. We are planning to rent again for the next hunt
