Nice House with minor flaws
What was good:
- spacious house; everything was rennovated nicely and felt like new
- nice fenced off garden to let the kids roam freely
- very clean
- nice ocean view
- kitchen had everything that was necessary, no problem cooking for 7 every day
What was not so good:
- the 4th room is actually open to the living area, so not really a separate room; I would have added three more doors. 4th room, living area to the downstairs hallway are basically one space; luckily we had two persons that weren't bothered by noise while sleeping
- the rooms strangely are very echoey, especially with kids that gets really loud
- some basic fixtures are missing like toilet roll holders and a curtain or some sort of water protection for the bathtub downstairs; had to shower while sitting...
- Wifi was basically unusable; mobile internet also spotty
- could use more wardrobe space; one room had only one Ikea Kallax with 8 shelfs
- the traffic on the road in front of the house was kinda annoying but it's not that bad
All in all it was a nice stay with minor annoyances
