VIEUX BOUCAU, in a quiet residential area, beautiful house on enclosed grounds, under the pine forest, ideally located about 1km from shops and market and 1.8 km from the ocean. Take your bikes and come and enjoy the fresh air of the Landes. Surfing, walking, tennis, golf, horse riding, there is something for everyone. Do not hesitate to contact us!
Includes: Equipped kitchen (electric oven, kettle, toaster, combined fridge-freezer, dishwasher...), living room with sofa bed and television, separate toilet, bathroom with toilet, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. Garage with washing machine. WIFI.
Capacity: 6 people. A contribution to charges of €50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 150€).
