DO NOT STAY HERE! NE RESTEZ PAS ICI!

I have been a vacation rental host and guest for many years, this is the worst experience I have ever encountered. We were not given a way to access the key, so had to ring the bell of every neighbor in the building until somebody allowed us in, which resulted in many angry people yelling at us. We were not told that there are two buildings with the same number. It took us 1 hour to get inside the apartment and once we finally did, we realized that the apartment had not been cleaned since the last guests. Dirty sheets on the bed, towels that should be put in the trash because they were so disgusting. General mess everywhere, dirt all over the walls. There were no towels for us or clean bed sheets. A disgusting and absurd experience. We had to leave immediately and go to a hotel. The host and she told us that she had not been present at the apartment to see the condition it was in before we arrived. Everything she said seemed like a complete lie. She is refusing to refund us. Cancel your reservation now or decline it with your bank. Run away from this apartment! We are devastated for this loss of money. Je suis hôte et invité de location de vacances depuis de nombreuses années, et c'est la pire expérience que j'ai jamais rencontrée. On ne nous a pas donné le moyen d'accéder à la clé, nous avons donc dû sonner la cloche de tous les voisins de l'immeuble jusqu'à ce que quelqu'un nous autorise à entrer, ce qui a poussé de nombreuses personnes en colère à nous crier dessus. On ne nous a pas dit qu'il y avait deux bâtiments avec le même numéro. Il nous a fallu 1 heure pour entrer dans l'appartement et une fois que nous l'avons enfin fait, nous nous sommes rendu compte que l'appartement n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis les derniers invités. Draps sales sur le lit, serviettes qu'il faudrait mettre à la poubelle tellement elles étaient dégoûtantes. Gâchis général partout, saleté partout sur les murs. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes pour nous ni de draps propres. Une expérience dégoûtante et absurde. Nous avons dû partir immédiatement et aller à l'hôtel. L'hôte et elle nous ont dit qu'elle n'avait pas été présente à l'appartement pour voir l'état dans lequel il se trouvait avant notre arrivée. Tout ce qu'elle disait ressemblait à un mensonge complet. Elle refuse de nous rembourser. Annulez votre réservation maintenant ou refusez-la auprès de votre banque. Fuyez cet appartement ! Nous sommes dévastés par cette perte d'argent.
