The new cubic house (completed in 2021) has 3 bedrooms and its three bathrooms, as well as 3 toilets, and three magnificent terraces, all in absolute calm, while being so close to the sea and the city center, and on a total surface area of 105m². A small garden, very pleasant of about 70 m², allows you to have barbecues, games, deckchairs. Very well equipped, with washing machine, modern kitchen and washing machine as well as all modern household appliances, the villa also has a very pleasant wood fire insert for the winter periods. A small room in the garden houses 4 bicycles, deckchairs, barbecue, petanque, etc. Board games are also available to holidaymakers. The house has the 4-star label produced by an official organization of the region.
