There is also a fan with a cooling function for your comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cutlery to prepare delicious meals. You will also find a Ninja Food Max cooking appliance, along with a recipe book and instruction manual to inspire you.
The bathroom is practical and complete, with a shower, sink, and toilet. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your comfort.
Enjoy a meal in the common areas, where a new table and chairs are available, as well as a remote-controlled fan for added convenience.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Mairie Bus stop is 4 minutes away from apartment.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
Please keep the space clean and make sure not to leave any food in the refrigerator, to wash all your dishes and to take out any trash from the kitchen and the bathroom.
It is strictly forbidden to park or even to stop next to a garage with a "Do not stop" sign in the neighbourhood. There are a few free parking spots in the street and a parking garage about 100m from the property.
CCTV cameras were installed in the common areas. One at the entrance of the building and the others on each floor in the corridor outside the studios.
The heater is below the TV; it is an electric heater, very modern chimney style; there is a remote control to switch it ON/OFF and to manage the temperature. If the window remains open, the heater will shut automatically.
