Please note that the apartment has a small elevator that can only fit one person with luggage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for a delicious meal, including a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The two bedrooms are a delightful space furnished with a heavenly double bed (140x200) and a double couch bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Vincennes Station (RER A) is just 3 minutes away from the apartment and goes directly to Paris's city centre.
Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly Airports are about 30 minutes away by car.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We will charge you 200€ for each lost key (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe.
If the door is slammed, there's no way in without a key. Please keep it always with you.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
