The apartment features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom, with its plush king-size bed, is a haven of comfort, offering a restful night's sleep.

One of the highlights of PIER 709 is the large balcony, accessible from the living area. It offers a splendid view of the surrounding mountains, creating a serene backdrop for your stay. The balcony is a versatile space - ideal for sipping your morning coffee, enjoying an al fresco meal, or simply relaxing with a book while soaking in the picturesque scenery.

The kitchen in PIER 709 is a blend of style and functionality. It comes fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials, making it a delight for those who love to cook. Whether preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, the kitchen is designed to cater to all your culinary needs.
Fully equipped: Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware in 10 pieces, enough if you receive visitors!
We also provide coffee, sugar, kitchen oil, paper towels, salt and pepper.

Unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and the city. Sunken lounge area with fire pits and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It’s perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym.

The building has 24-hour security staff.

Access to the apartment is convenient and secure, ensuring privacy and ease for all guests. Located within the PIER building, on the 7th floor, guests also have access to shared amenities like the gym or rooftop pool, enhancing the comfort of your stay.

Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.

The building also offers a gym, pool, bar, and rooftop terrace.

For your comfort also, we work in the area from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays. Anything you need we will be ready to quickly assist you!

Important Notes

SECURITY DEPOSIT
-On arrival, we ask for a $1,000 USD security deposit, refundable at check out in case of no damages (It has to be done at check-in with a physical credit card), otherwise, we send the confirmation email with the pre-check-in form and can be paid online. (Both methods will be returned 3 days after checkout.)

*PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS:
Allowed on the property (small or medium size, $120 USD Pet Fee per stay).

CHECK-IN: 3 pm,
All pertinent information regarding the door code, WIFI, etc. will be provided via email on the day of the check-in. If you want early check-in please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for early check-in.

-Face-to-face or virtual check-in is available to you, you will choose this through your guest portal upon booking your reservation with us.

Face-to-face includes you contacting us and telling us when you will be arriving at the property so that we may greet you in the lobby.
-You will sign an agreement to follow the rules of the building, this is mandatory.
-We will take you to your apartment and answer any questions you may have. If you would like we will also give you a tour of the rooftop pool area.

Virtual includes that you can arrive anytime after 3 pm.
-When you arrive in the lobby you will be required to sign an agreement to the rules of the building.
-Then you may go to your apartment which is accessed via doorcode.
All pertinent information regarding the door code, WIFI, etc. will be provided via email one day before the check-in.

CLEANING: Daily cleaning is included in your reservation.
-The cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. You need to schedule your cleaning through your guest portal or by contacting us directly.
-Cleaning is not available on Sundays or holidays.
-Cleaning services include: making the beds, sweeping and mopping the unit, programming the dishwasher (dishes should be inside), and providing clean towels.
-Cleaning does not include kitchen cleaning.
-If you would like the housekeepers to clean the kitchen or wash the dishes it has an extra cost of $50 USD per day.
-Dirty dishes or kitchen after check out will be an additional cost.
-Any extra cleaning service that you might need during your stay can be provided for an extra fee, just ask in advance.
-If the apartment is left extra dirty there will be an extra fee applied after check out dependent upon how long it takes for the cleaning team to return the apartment to its normal state.

AMENITIES
-We provide some courtesy drinks upon arrival (you can find them inside the fridge) they are free and they are only provided once at check-in.
-We provide L’Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion as a courtesy during your stay. Please don’t take the amenities at your checkout otherwise you will be charged per bottle.
-We provide five-star hotel towels and bed linen for your comfort if we find stains that cannot be removed or any of those missing we will charge the cost of each object as new to replace it.


CHECK OUT: 11 am
All pertinent information regarding the checkout will be provided via email one day before the checkout. If you want a late check out please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for late checkout.

-At your check-out, we will ensure that everything is correct at the apartment (this means there are no damages or missing objects), that’s why we ask you to respect your check-out time, otherwise, if you leave the flat and we find anything unusual, we will charge through your reservation.
-Our check-out time is at 11 a.m. If you need more time please get in touch with someone from the team to check if it’s possible. Late checkout has an extra cost through your guest portal.
If you leave the unit after 11 a.m. without notice we will apply a penalty fee.

VISITS
-Visitors are allowed, but only two people at a time.
-Visitors cannot stay at night to sleep.
-Visitors should be authorized before arrival. Please send us an email or message with the following information: Your name, condo number, visitor's full name, and time of arrival.
-Visitors should respect the condo rules.
-If you have more than two people visiting without permission, we will apply a penalty fee.

GENERAL
-Parties are strictly prohibited.
-Volume of music should be kept at a low level.
-We reserve the right to evict any guest who does not comply with the rules of the unit. We also reserve the right to fine for inappropriate behavior.

We are available from 9 am to 6 pm for any questions or concerns you may have. In case of a water leak, fire, or other emergencies please call us or the local authorities as you see fit.

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.

If you require Airport transportation we have a suburban available for $72 USD. You can book this service from your portal.

You can also reserve for 50 USD our private parking from your portal (50 USD for your stay, 24/7 Security).

Wonderful Staff - Comfortable Stay

Finished our Mexican vacay at Pier 57 - we had parking and were traveling with my small dog. Check-in was easy and the apartment was exactly as stated. Lots of towels and the beds were super comfortable. The pool looked fabulous but we couldn't bring my dog, even in her carrier, so I didn't get to experience it. Will visit again if my pup isn't with me.

elegant unit, great building, perfect location

This unit has a sleek, contemporary design, complete with reveal/ floating baseboards for example, which you don't see in many rental properties. The building has one of the best rooftop pools in PV, complete with a tended cash bar from 10 am to 10 pm. The location is just a few blocks from almost anywhere you'd want to go in this part of town, and compared to several other buildings in the general area, this one is quieter.

Absolutely loved my stay

I was really nervous booking this room as there weren't many reviews and I couldn't find anything about the management company online, but am so happy I did. Alila PV was beyond helpful. I'd email, they'd respond within hours, if I called, they picked up the phone. They also speak perfect English if you're not bilingual. The negatives: - The unit never gets dark in the day, once the sun is up, you wake up - It is all white decor with no life and non pops of color. If you like ultra modern and white everything, this is for you. - The safe is not secured to the wall or furniture so it is useless. - The showers are rain showers and I prefer heavy streams of water on me. They do the job and wash soap and shampoo off quickly, but there's nothing like a full blast of water when I want to rinse ocean or pool water off. - The cabinets are really high up. If you're short like me 5'8" you're not going to be able to get cups, plates, etc... easily. - There is no view. You will be looking at buildings and a part of a mountain which isn't very pretty compared to other mountain views. And this is from a very tiny and uncomfortable balcony because it is in direct sunlight. The pros: - You are in the middle of everything, but high enough up and far enough away for pure quiet when you need downtime. - The pool is amazing!!! Love it, and the bartenders are awesome. - The management company and Karina are top notch...I definitely want to book with them again. - Cleanliness is their number 1 skill set, everything was spotless. - The toiletries smelled amazing. - Ordering groceries before hand was easy and they only charge 10% of the bill which is a steal. They brought me a full case of 1.5 liter bottles of water and other heavy items I would have had to carry. - The bed was incredibly comfy and pillows did not deflate. Overall I would stay in this unit again if I was doing a workcation. For a vacation I would stay in a different unit managed by the same company that has a good view, because the view is really important to me on vacations. I absolutely loved the unit and highly recommend it.

Not As Advertised - Wouldn't Book with Alila PV

Unit was clean, nicely furnished and in an amazing building with the nicest rooftop pool in PV. That said, the VRBO listing mentioned blackout blinds, a ceiling fan, two swivel chairs in the living room. None of these were in the unit. As someone who has trouble sleeping, no blackout blinds was a dealbreaker since the sun is extremely intense and there is only limited privacy with the thin filter blinds that do come with the unit. Next big issue, dealing with the "so-called" management. We were told to meet Jennifer on 2 occasions via the internal guest page where you can report issues. She stood us up twice. Her excuse for the blinds and furniture missing was that "they use a standard ad for all the units they manage in the building and she doesn't take care of the advertising" I told her this was false advertising and quite serious. She acted as if I was being picky and agreed to fix the blind situation and bring chairs. I told her the fridge had an electric ice maker but didn't work. She said "oh yes, it doesn't work" I also told her the bathrooms smelled terrible as if there was a sewage problem. I asked if she smelled the same foul smell and Jennifer's answer was "All I can smell is your cologne" Wow. just wow. They changed the shower drain which caused the entire master bathroom to flood. There aren't enough characters allowed to finish my review but you get the picture. Nice place - terrible, rude and dismissive management.

Always amazing experience

Love this building. And love the staff. The units are tastefully decorated and the rooftop pool area is a little slice of heaven. But the staff really make it easy to return. Any concern is quickly attended to and the bar staff and doormen make you feel both safe and welcome. Will continue to make this our home away from home in Vallarta.
