It comprises a pretty 16 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 60 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m² with TV, fireplace (wood supplied on request), sofa and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A 60 m² south-facing garden, partially enclosed with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the town centre, 3 km away, as well as shops, restaurants, bars and a market...

Come and discover the seaside resort of Saint Jean de Monts and its beautiful sandy beach, 8 km long.
