One of Folly's Best! This 1 bed 1 bath corner condo sits on the third floor of the elevated complex just steps away from the Folly Beach Pier. Sitting less than a block from Center Street, you are sure to be within walking distance of all the live music, food, and shopping your heart could desire and still enjoy your own boardwalk to the sand and outdoor shower when you return. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units.

This unit comes with 1 designated parking spot and a shared laundry room. The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You will find a king-size bed in the bedroom and if you need to accommodate children or guests, the sofa pulls out into a queen-size sleeper. The property is equipped with 5G high-speed internet. The renovated bathroom has luxury features including a new shower panel with 6 different settings and a Bluetooth exhaust fan that doubles as a speaker for your music. Please note the unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and the balcony is non-private. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry and HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from the washer/dryer as soon as possible.

Folly Beach Suites 3A allows up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC003764. Spring break

Perfect corner top floor apartment. On the beach! Be prepared for stairs but literally feet from to the beach and views for days. Well equipped kitchen and quick response from host. We loved it. It’s very close to nighttime happenings but not too noisy on top floor.

Weekend stay

The property was clean and tidy had all of the kitchen utensils needed to cook a good meal. Sitting at the table, eating a meal and enjoying the nice view was a pleasure.

Amazing view

The view was worth the climb. The porch was a great place to see the entire beach and we were only a couple blocks to all the shops and restaurants. comfortable bed and furniture and well equipped kitchen.

Gorgeous views, just steps from the beach! The unit was clean and modern. The only thing to be aware of is the steps, this unit was on the 3rd floor.

Nice stay at Folly

It was clean, had parking, and nice views... tho we had to climb 3 sets of stairs to go to them. But pretty straightforward getting in and out. A little crowded on the beach during the day, but lovely late-night. Beach was getting "replenished" so it was a little blocked off nearby.

Great stay at 3A. The only complaint is that it’s 48 steps and 48 steps down. I closed my Apple rings on my watch everyday. The condo itself was wonderful and the view was amazing. But those stairs were a lot especially for those of us with bad knees and having to go up and down to take the dog out. Wish there was an elevator.

Great view of ocean

Stayed the last week of October. Weather was perfect. Ocean view incredible especially from this end unit. Only complaint is the clothes dryer did not work , but there was plenty of breeze to dry items on the deck. Neighbors were great. Folly beach is the most laid back city I have ever visited.

Folly Beach Vacation

Lovely, well- stocked corner unit with plenty of light and an oceanfront view. Third floor offers great panorama of Folly Pier and beach. Be aware- approximately 50 steps to reach unit so unloading and loading can be a hassle!

Best view ever!

This was our first visit to Folly and we absolutely loved it!! The location of our condo was PERFECT. We were seconds away from the beach, restaurants and my new favorite grocery store, Bert’s Market. The condo was clean, updated and had all of the essentials. And the shower was beautiful! And I also loved being able to catch up on laundry so I didn’t have as much to do when we got home. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back soon!!

The property was real nice and a great location

As we were searching your website the property was listed with a per night amount with no pet fee. I completed the contract and the rental charge along with the list of other charges hit my card. An hour or so later a pet fee was charged to my card. I called Folly Best rental to inquire. I was told that all contracts say there is an additional pet fee. The listing stated no pet fees. After having no success having the pet fee removed I decided to look at the listing again. It was changed to a much lower price plus pet fees. We really enjoy Folly Beach and travel there often. Next time we will not use Folly Best Rental.
