About this property

We would love to host you in our newly renovated apartment! This cozy space has all the amenities you need from a full sized stove and fridge to a Keurig and your own WASHER and DRYER in unit! We are a block off Peach Street where you will find the majority of shopping in the area along with countless restaurants even within walking distance! We are 2 miles to the Erie Bayfront Area and whether you are looking to sit see, shop or just relax our home would be a fabulous getaway. In addition to the main futon for sleeping there is a second futon(not as comfy) in the living room and a double sized air mattress if requested. We live on the property and run a photography business. From advice on local site seeing to restaurants we are always happy to point you to some local favorites. If you're looking to get professional photos done during your stay in ERie we would love to schedule a session with you. If you are looking for a babysitter our 13 year old daughter is experienced and eager to spend time with the little ones.
