Caroline is a lovely host. She arrived at the suite on time to let us in. Suite is super nice, very modern with everything you need to make the stay comfortable. Location is excellent! Close to everything you might need or want. Definitely recommend!

Perfectly situated but warm

A very smooth check-in and contact with the owner before arrival. The apartment is perfect for one person but more than that would feel crowded. Perfectly situated near the main street Jean Medecin and all the shopping. On the downside though, the apartment is too warm in summertime and with only one fan that actually helps it was a nightmare when sleeping since you don’t feel safe to keep the windows open.

Very warm and cramped

I wouldn’t recommend staying here in summer, as it was often warmer inside the apartment than on the street. Otherwise, it is small but manageable if you are not planning on spending much time there. The kitchen is too small to be useful for actually cooking, and didn’t have any utensils beyond basic cutlery and a single pot (no big knives, wooden spoon, etc.). The location was great though

Beau petit logement bien situé

Très bon séjour dans ce logement bien situé. Le logement serait parfais s il était équipé qu une climatisation car les 2 ventilateurs ne suffisent pas

Apparemment idéalement situé 👌 Pratique, propre, fonctionnel, et sécurisé. Seul bémol, la vue extérieure pas jolie et bouchée qui donne sur les murs intérieurs des immeubles où l’air ne circule pas.

Idéalement situé

Petit appartement au 1er etage sur cour donc au calme. Proche du tramway, plein centre-ville. Lave linge,planche et fer à repasser. Très bien équipé. Il manque peut-être une lampe de chevet car l'éclairage au plafond est très fort. Très satisfait de notre séjour.

Molto migliorabile

Abbiamo aspettato mezz’ora in mezzo alla strada per prendere le chiavi nonostante avessimo fissato un appuntamento. Il divano letto non era pronto, mancava tutta la biancheria e la signora delle pulizie che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è dovuta ritornare una seconda volta per portare le lenzuola. L’appartamento è gradevole, ma non funzionale. La doccia non funziona bene e l’acqua si scarica molto lentamente. Anche il lavandino del bagno praticamente non scarica. Il divano letto una volta aperto è troppo ingombrante per dove è posizionato e non si riesce neanche a raggiungere la finestra. Nessuna tenda oscurante sulle finestre e alla mattina entra la luce. Manca un asciuga capelli che sarebbe più utile della lavatrice (non ho idea di come si potrebbe stendere la biancheria date le dimensioni dell’appartamento). In bagno mancano i supporti per appendere gli asciugami. Giusto per qualche informazione in più, l’appartamento affaccia su un cortile interno, fronte muro e il panorama non è dei migliori. La proprietaria, mai vista, ha cercato di sistemare le cose via messaggio, ma consigliamo maggiore attenzione in anticipo.

Top Lage, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Gute Ausstattung (zu dritt fehlt ein Stuhl, aber man kann auf Sofa sitzen). Hausflur etwas muffelnd. Für 3. Person keine warme Decke. Aber trotzdem alles in allem super!

Appartement Idéalement Situé

Appartement propre et confortable, avec comme vrai point fort sa localisation puisqu’il est dans l’hyper centre de nice où nous pouvons tout faire à pied, rue calme à proximité de nombreux transports en commun et commerces. Séjour avec deux amis, nous recommandons cette location ! Seul bémol, il n’y a pas de clim dans l’appartement mais 2 ventilateurs et en cas de fortes chaleurs, ceux-ci ne suffisent pas.
