Très moyen

Une literie extrêmement vieille (à changer en urgence, j'ai d’ailleurs contacté le bailleur qui n'a rien fait). Une fuite sous l'évier de la cuisine avec un sot pour récupérer l'eau, et donc plein d'eau dans la cuisine quand le sot été rempli. Pourquoi ne pas avoir réparé avant. Sue la terrasse deux chaise dans un état catastrophique. Et pas de lave linge sur place. Les toilettes qui se bouche deux fois (la premiére fois la personne prend le balais et pousse et rince le balais dans la baignoire, c'est vraiment très propre. Nous avons lavé intégralement la baignoire). A deux mille euros les deux semaine c'est inadmissible. J'espère avoir un remboursement d'une parti de mon loyer au vue des problèmes rencontré. Ma compagne et moi même avons pris un rendez-vous chez l’ostéopathe à cause de la literie. J'espère avoir un retour de votre part. Cordialement Frédéric Dubois

Bon séjour. Ménage OK à l'arrivée. Nous avons apprécié la piscine à disposition et le logement en général. Soucis: invasion de fourmis dans la cuisine. Matelas du grand lit inconfortable et canapé un peu trop vieux et pas assez de transats (un pour 4). Autre désagrément: l'odeur extérieure parfois le matin (station d'épuration ou porcherie proche suivant les vents). Manque la WIFI pour les ados

Viejo.

Demasiado viejo. Falta mantenimiento comi pintar, poner zocalo, lumpiar de plantas la salida al jardin, etc. Cojines sifa sucios. Almohsdas viejas... mantas viejas y que huelen mal.,, nevera pequeña y sin puertacongelador y verdulero. Falta menaje cocina. Muy caro por lo que te encuentras. No recomendable.

1/ Trop Petit frigo ! pour la capacité de la location.... Les joins sont morts donc givre au bout de 24h, il faut changer cet équipement ! Honteux... 2/ Pas de micro onde 3/ Nid de fourmies sur la terrasse, cela aurait dû être traité, nous avons eu plein de fourmies dans la maison, nous avons du acheter des produits.. à notre charge ! 4/ Pas de wifi alors que la résidence en a une commune a toute les habitations donc elle fait partie des charges.., le locataire doit pouvoir en bénéficier !

Prestation standard, sans plus

L'emplacement de la maison est à l'entrée de la ville, loin de la plage. Le balcon de la chambre donne indirectement sur une route passante, et donc il y a pas mal de bruits. Plusieurs objets étaient cassés : une partie de la cuisinière, une chaise de jardin, un des stores extérieurs. La vaisselle était à refaire avant de l'utiliser pour la 1ère fois au début de notre séjour. Pour les points positifs, les pièces sont spacieuses, la douche a une bonne pression d'eau, la piscine est correcte même s'il faut la partager avec les nombreux autres résidents.
