Never recommended

I book for the New Year vacation for 10 people, but the homeowner rented it out for somebody else, then we ended up with no spot to live. It was really bad. Such a bad service, and terrible day, irresponsible host

The Ghetto

Upon arrival security at the resort stated be careful they showed someone was checked in since March 7th. The sink was stopped up the Wi-Fi was off as in not paid as in past due for payment so our entire stay was without wifi there were holes in the walls! The sliding door was off track and entirely too hard for us to open and close! Then on Saturday we lost power for 4 hours and have not been able to contact the host the entire stay! This property is a 0 out of ten stars complete sucked!

Do Not Stay here.

Selfish owner does the bare minimum for this house just so he can rent it out to make a quick buck. Amenities don't work, hot tub doesn't work, bedroom does not have sleeping pillows. To make everything worse, our booking was DOUBLE BOOKED with another family, who I personally spent 4 hours with until 1am trying to find them a place to stay, even though they had also rightfully rented out the house through a separate app. The home owner knowingly gave each of our families the same code to the door, on the same day of check-in. The only reason we did not get kicked to the streets is because we happened to arrive first.

Great but not perfect

Overall was good. Requires $20 access card that is not in the description, you get it from the guard gate. Also maid was there to clean at 10 AM even though check out time was 11.

Very spacious a lot of bedrooms and in a very nice neighborhood. Was in town on business and the two nights we stayed there were very enjoyable. Thank you

Mala experiencia!

No acostumbro a dejar malas opiniones ,pero en este caso tengo que hacerlo.. Aunque el lugar en donde esta ubicada la casa es muy bonito, pero por otro lado el área esta llena de moscas ,HORRIBLE!! No podiamos salir de la casa porque se metían a ella y aunque trate de comunicarme con el dueño ellos no solucionaron nada, La piscina en mal estado y sucia , no se tomaron la molestia si quiera de limpiarla, los cuartos... Ni hablar.. Sucios y encontrantramos porquerias debajo de las sabanas puestas en una cama y debajo de la cama de otro de los cuartos.. La cocina sucia y afuera en el área de la picima la malla estaba rota y las moscas se metían ,eso fue una mala experiencia.. Y para rematar todo ,mi hija olvido la laptop de la escuela y aunque se que no es responsabilidad de ellos ,trate de comunicarme con ellos y tampoco respondieron ni mis mensajes ni los de los representantes de VRBO , ofrecí pagar el envió o ir a recogerla en persona y no recivi respuesta alguna de ellos ,y tuve que abrir un caso en contra de ellos.. Así que NO, NO LOS RECOMIENDO..
