TREAT YOURSELF to this view on your private beach! Our gorgeous 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom townhome in the Seacrest beach area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset on either of the two balconies with expansive unobstructed views overlooking the Gulf. In Blue Tide, you are right on a private beach where you can enjoy the sun, water activities, and relaxation. When you want a break from the beach, it's time to relax in the pool which is right outside the front door. This spacious home has plenty of space for relaxing, dining, and of course, comfortable sleeping.

We have contracted with a beach chair service, and you will have 2 chairs, a table, and an umbrella set up for you waterside each morning and taken down each evening. You of course can order more chairs or just bring down the ones we have in our storage closet. The company is also happy to rent you kayaks, SUP boards or do a sunset bonfire for you at your request.

Also, enjoy the biking and walking trail along 30A to access local shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities at Alys, Rosemary, and Seaside beaches. We have 2 adult bicycles available for your use (and we can help you rent more) for your stay to explore the area.

This is where you want to stay!
This was our first visit to the area and we could not have chosen a better place to stay AND at a great location! The owners have thought of all the big and small touches that make their home inviting. The views of the gulf and the private beach were outstanding! Parking is super convenient as well as the ease of getting in and out of the parking area. The bikes are a super nice addition. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Exceptional focus on Hospitality! We can often forget what hospitality means … this owner and property represent the best vision of true hospitality! Beautiful beaches just steps out your door. House is comfortable and just as advertised and shown in the pictures. Close drive or bike ride to nearby towns. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. All in all an excellent, relaxing place to enjoy the beach!!

Great Get-Away
The property owners have this property set up for a seamless stay. The location is wonderful and right on the beach which is the only way we will stay at the beach. We absolutely loved the private beach and especially the beach service that was provided. This is perfect for those that prefer a little shade. We like to take our own chairs to sit near the water but if you happen to forget yours they provide those too for you to use. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Angie and Chuck for the perfect getaway.

Amazing property and location!
I loved this property and location! I booked this house for 8 nights with my wife and 4 children. The house is very clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s close to the beach, biking path, and resultants. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area.

This is a great property for families, as it is right on the beach, allowing for easily going up and down all day long between the condo and the water. It was spotless, had ample kitchen supplies for about anything, and very quiet complex.

We have been fortunate to stay in some great places up and down the panhandle. Simply put - this is our favorite place to date. The condo is absolutely spectacular. It is roomy and has everything you need - and more. The beach service is convenient - and Frankie and his team are the best. The sound of the waves crashing over and over from the deck is amazing - and the views are truly breathtaking. Angie is very responsive and easy to communicate with. She made her home our home for the week - and her hospitality - much like her place - is spectacular. We will be back. Thanks again Angie. Fred.

While we live in Northern Virginia with our children, our hearts are at the beach and we look to get back any chance we get. We enjoy hosting others and are certain that you will enjoy our home as much as we do. Being literally on the beach with a gorgeous view of the water and nightly sunsets is the perfect setting for relaxation!

Why they chose this property

Our beach is peaceful and private, but close to everything! 30A can get busy in many neighborhoods and locations. Our little slice of heaven is right on beach with everything you need while never having to leave. Because our beach is private, it is never crowded. If you do chose to venture out, you are just a mile or more away from amazing dining and shopping. It's the best of all worlds!

What makes this property unique

You can't be any closer to the beach than at our home in Blue Tide. The views are incredible and at the right time of year, you get both the view of the sunrise and the sunset right off the balcony!
