About this property

Brand new open concept modern beach house, perfect for a family get away or individual R&R! Walking distance to the Beach, the house is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, Garage Parking, Private Backyard, Queen size pull out sofa that sleeps 2 additional guests, and Beach Amenities.

Home will be professionally cleaned and serviced after every stay, and we are taking extra care to disinfect high touch areas between stays. We are implementing all the cleaning guidelines provided to us by the CDC.

Living Space:
Open concept living space looking at the newly renovated kitchen and dining room, equipped with a memory foam pull out bed, additional seating, gas fireplace, 55" Smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining table that fits 6, and 2 barstools at island. Kitchen stocked with plates, bowls, glassware, utensils, cooking ware, outdoor dinnerware, Keurig coffee station, and complementary premium bottle water.

Bedrooms and Baths:
Master bedroom contains a memory foam California King sized bed, nightstands equipped with USB charging ports, 43" Smart TV, closet with hangers and additional towels, iron and ironing board, luggage rack, en suite bathroom with full sized shower, professional grade shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and fresh towels. Guest Room has 2 memory foam twin sized beds, individual night stands, closet with hangers and additional towels, and additional throw blankets. Guest Bath with tub/shower, professional grade shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and fresh towels. Queen size pull out sofa in the living room that sleeps 2 additional guests.

Extra Amenities:
Extra linens and pillows located in the first hallway closet for sofa bed, 4 Beach chairs, 2 beach cruisers, throw blankets, washer and dryer with detergent.

Outdoor Space:
Private outdoor living space including: Dining table seating 6, patio furniture seating 6, outdoor games, and string lights.

Cozy beach home

We booked the home for an anniversary get-away, and it was just my husband and me. It was perfect for the two of us. It is a great space—well organized, clean, bright, and airy. There is a nice backyard space to relax in with both a fire-pit sitting area and dining table and chairs. It is located in a great walking area. Easy access to the beach is just a short five-minute walk. We love the Oxnard and the home. We picked up food, cooked and ordered in. Very convenient for all options.

Cozy beach retreat!

Beautiful property. Cozy gas fireplace. Amazing fire pit and incredible totally gated yard for complete privacy. Great gas stove plus everything you need in the kitchen. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and beach. Secure double garage. Regulars for sure!👍

Perfect vacation area!

My husband and I booked this trip last minute when we were unable to go to Maui due to the unfortunate fires. We decided to explore a new area with our 2 teenagers. We all absolutely loved Oxnard and the Ventura/Channel Island area. What a gem! We will definitely be back! The host was so easy to communicate with. We even extended our stay since there was so much to explore in that area. The house was perfect for us and our girls loved the beach cruisers and the quick minute ride on the bikes down to the ocean. We all were very happy with our choice to explore a new place. Magic Mountain is only 50 minutes away. It was an all around perfect family vacation.

Cozy, Relaxing Stay

Our family stayed in this home for 7 days to get away from the Arizona July heat. We were looking for a cozy place with walking distance to the beach. Upon arriving our host made it simple to check in. We love to cook and after planning our week's meals, shopping at the local Vons we enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with all the essential appliances including a BBQ grill outside where we enjoyed our evenings with a fire pit and gazebo with lighting. The home was clean, nicely decorated and has a lot of lighting. The home didn't feel like a rental as in other properties we have stayed. We used the bike cruisers to ride the community, the wagon to carry the chairs and beach towels provided. The beach is a short walking distance. In addition, we decided to take a drive to Santa Barbara to visit for one day and another day to Six Flags. All within a hour drive. Everything went smoothly and would definitely stay in this home again.

Great for family time

Easy check in, house was as pictured. Roomy living area and spacious kitchen made preparing meals easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice access to beach and close enough for a day trip to Santa Barbara. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home!

This home is great! The house has a spacious living/eating area, and the house comes with tons of beach goods! We biked to the beach, used the many beach chairs, and the cooler. The outdoor space looks beautiful and would be spacious for 6 people. There were only the two of us staying at the home, and the home was huge for us. We could easily have fit two couples in the house (or even three couples if one couple brought an air mattress or was willing to sleep on the couch - the living and outdoor area are easily big enough). Great place, really nice and communicative host.

Spacious and convenient to beach

Very clean and well-furnished with lots of light. Lots of room for our group of 5. We made use of the beach chairs and umbrellas provided, as well as the wagon to haul it all to the beach (a short walk away) and the bikes to tour around. Quiet neighborhood.

Great beach property!

The home is a beautiful open concept and nicely renovated. A short walk to a beautiful beach and lots of beach accessories. The heater worked great (it was cold!) . Lots of towels and bedding. Would love to return!

Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this spacious modern property. Plenty of windows, fireplace, nice backyard, no problems with parking, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, everything clean and in great condition.

It was terrific

Felt like home! Gorgeous, comfortable home close to Ventura, Channel Islands and the beach.

House has everything you need for a quite get away or a fun family trip. Beach is within walking distance. Hollywood Beach and Channel Islands are just a quick drive. House was gorgeous, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Perfect family-friendly beach house

We absolutely adored this beach house. It was immaculate and well-designed and comfortable. The back yard was a perfect, Covid-friendly open space in which to relax and dine. An easy walk to the beach, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers. We're looking forward to a return trip!
