Mixed emotions
I will start with the positive The location was great we were walking distance to everything the apartment was clean and spacious looked exactly how I expected the building was secure. The person at check in was extremely helpful and pleasant which was a real blessing cause this stay did not go smoothly
We were given a code for the front door to the building which was open when we first arrived, we used the elevator to go to the 2nd floor which was dedicated to Vrbo type spaces- it had its own key pad we were given a code for. Once you r through that door someone greeted us which was great because u need a code to a lock box to get the key to the room. He showed us in when I discovered it only had a pullout couch. I booked a 1 bedroom. (That room was occupied). He said he would clear it up and not to worry- did I mention I only speak English he only spoke French? The site said the speak English. We ended up with an upgraded room which was great so we got settled and relaxed while we used the washer and dryer so now we r on r way to dinner and get to the main door of the building which is now locked My husband said let’s check the code which was really smart because it didn’t work the pleasant check in guy was gone we never saw an employee again we tried contacting the host to date we never got a reply from. We sat on the steps for an hour before anyone came through the door thankfully he sympathized with us and gave us his personal code , which we used 4 the durati
