Guests with high expectations will be very pleased with the attention paid to construction and design, we consider this house on the top of the list, premier Vacation Rental Houses on Navarre Beach. As of 2022 this spectacular house won the #1 most booked house on Navarre Beach.

House layout - This is an enormous 9BR/9.5BA house the towers above Navarre Beach.
The main room is a massive great room, with large open kitchen and bar, with open area with large dining room table. The kitchen has 2 freezers and fridge with the stovetop and ovens between them.

The main level (Second Floor) has the following bedrooms and bed layout - Southwest BR King bed, West middle BR 2 queen beds, Northwest BR King bed, North central BR 4 queen beds that are hand made Bunk Beds, Northeast BR 2 queen beds, Southeast BR 1 King bed. Every bedroom has it's own private bathroom and there is half bathroom next to the laundry room which has 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Third Floor has 3 bedrooms and a game room. There are 2 large master suite bedrooms with king beds that face the Gulf centered upstairs, and there is the last bedroom in the back that has 2 twin bunk beds with the bathroom outside the door that can also be used by guests in the game room.

This house is the improved, bigger, and better version of one of our most popular and requested Pensacola Beach home (VRBO listing # 667391 - The Great Escape). The owners have taken the design of that house and have added 3 additional bedrooms and a second level to make this the house for your large family gathering!

The house has the following amenities: Private pool with heating option, elevator from ground level to all floors, 9 bedrooms all with their own on suite designer bathrooms, open layout great room, large viewing decks, close beach access, Golf Cart rental available at the house, and much, much more.

Thanksgiving getaway

Overall we had a nice stay. The home is perfect for large groups and we never felt on top of each other as there was plenty of spaces to hang out. I’ve listed a few pros and cons below… Pros - plenty of seating and space to hang out - Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom - Outdoor spaces were great with plenty of seating - The dual fridge and oven were perfect for prepping thanksgiving food - house was very clean - the double washer and dryer and ice machine were perfect - loved all the yard games and beach supplies Cons - we paid for the pool to be heated and the only day it worked was the first day. We reached out to property manager and asked for someone to come out. We did not see a vendor and there was no follow up. The pool remained cold the rest of our stay - we paid extra for the golf cart and it came empty. We ended up having to drive our car to fill a canister to come back and fill the cart. I have never rented a car or golf cart that didn’t come filled, especially for the price they charged. - given the occupancy and price of home it would have been nice to have additional toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, tin foil, Serrand wrap, trash bags and beach towels. We were all traveling from different parts of the country so having to purchase beach towels upon arrival was a bit strange, especially for a home that has a pool and is located on the beach.

Perfect Property!

We had a high school youth group leadership retreat here. The space was beautiful, with lots of areas to break out for group discussions. All the amenities were outstanding and we appreciated the choices of games/activities that could be done on property. We will definitely be returning!

Family reunion

Our stay was awesome and the house was perfect for family. Pool was a perfect size and shape for the young swimmers and the downstairs area was comfortable and safe for all. Kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils. The deck was a wonderful place for us to gather for dinner overflow and just looking at the beautiful beach. Parking underneath was efficient for al of our cars. Bedrooms accommodated everyone well, except for the leak in the upstairs bedroom. It was a slight inconvenience for the family in that room and property manager responded well to my calls and texts. It was definitely obvious it had been a leak for a long time seeing the damage to did to the downstairs ceiling and a shock to us when we discovered the water leaking on the floor in the dining room. Overall the house was beautiful and comfortable.

Great location, Large spacious home.

The gathering area and balcony gave us plenty of room for all 30 of us. We loved the two refrigerators and two dishwashers, but the pebble ice machine in the laundry room was the icing on the cake. Restaurants and grocery stores were just across the bridge. We found everything we wanted in Navarre.

Amazing house across from the beach

This was a great house! Loved all the bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Super close to the beach and the pool was so fun too for little ones with its large tanning deck.

Extended family vacation

The property was absolutely amazing ! We had 24 people ranging from 5 months to 80 yr old from 5 different states and we all loved this tremendous property. The weather was very cold & windy, thus we spent a lot of time in the home. It was perfect and had spaces for private conversations and multiple board games. Highly recommend

Beautiful House. Perfect for a Large Family gathering or hosting several Families at once. Huge bedrooms each with a bathroom. Kitchen has everything you will need to cook for 30. I will be back!

Everything you want and more

This house is absolutely perfect for any big groups needing a place to stay on Navarre Beach. Each room having its own bathroom is such a great perk. Walking distance to the beach and the option to rent the golf cart was great to help the grandparents get around. The kitchen is amazing! All of the appliances and dishware provided made the trip stress free!

Perfect Wedding!

We booked No Shoes Beach House for its size and location for our beach wedding. We had 30 people staying at the house and another handful of people staying at a local hotel. This house was perfect for all the weekend wedding festivities that went on. The house was spacious and BEAUTIFUL. The location to the beach was spot on. We will be making this our go to home when visiting Navarre. There is no other place that can compare to NO SHOES BEACH HOUSE!!

Family Vacation

Guess I’m a realist. Sometimes families don’t get along and I anticipated this while looking for the perfect home. This house was large enough we could get away from each other to own our personal space if need be. Awesome kitchen/dining area. The meals we had with everyone sitting around the table was the highlight of this vacation. One of my son’s grilled the perfect steaks for one of our meals. Mexican night, waffles, biscuits and gravy plus our daughter in-laws desserts made us all happy. One son brought us grouper for one of our meals, our favorite! The weather didn’t cooperate for beach time but we had the pool (with tiki bar and a bathroom!), golf carts, played some games and could drive to any location. Laundry was kept up easily and we were awed with the commercial ice machine. The elevator was a plus, as well. Guess you could say this was the perfect house for this families getaway.

Very nicely equipped for a big family, clean bright and big kitchen for everyone to eat together. The only downside is that this house does not have a private entrance to the beach . Pool is great

Spectacular home for large groups and family events

We rented this property for the groom's family for a wedding. We were all very impressed with the location, cleanliness, and amenities in this magnificent home. We held the wedding reception here and the property accommodated our group of 50-60 effortlessly. The beach access is virtually across the street leading to a gorgeous white sand beach. The second deck and 3rd floor observation decks have splendid views. The kitchen has a large counter that seats at least 16 and there is a large table that also seats this many. There are two refrigerators, two ovens, and two dishwashers, as well as two large LG washers and dryers. Bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. For large groups I highly recommend this house.

Accommodates large group in style and luxury

What an amazing experience it was staying at this incredible vacation home with our extended family. It was an honor to be one of the first few guests to stay on this property. There were 23 of us in total and the multiple rooms with en suite bathrooms was perfect for everyone. Also the 3 fridges (2 in the kitchen and 1 on the ground floor by the pool), 2 dish washers, 2 pantry closets, and multiple Keurig coffee makers were all utilized. Also came with ample beach chairs, a beach wagon, x2 beach umbrellas and pool games like giant Jenga and a giant connect four that weren't listed in the property details...so no need to pack your own. The kitchen was fully equipped...even had a giant air fryer. Wi-fi worked well, and there were TV's everywhere! Even the golden tee arcade game on the top floor can function as a TV! Would have been even better if there was a TV set up down by the pool...then we would never leave the area. We paid for the pool to be heated which was key since the weather was still pretty chilly when we went during Spring Break! Most of the kids preferred the pool to the rough Gulf. The "tanning" ledge of the pool was perfect for the younger kids! Also, since the Gulf was dbl red flags for the majority of our stay, we found the Sound on the other side of the house to be very calm and completely private! This house is a great location and we would love to return again soon. The management company was very easy to reach via text and very friendly!

Great Location!!

We had a awesome vacation! It was exactly as listed, very responsive. Close to everything. Short walk to beach. Great place to relax with families and friends. Plenty of space so you don’t feel like your on top of each other.
